    Pros +

    • The staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were pleasant, personable, approachable, and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Unlike most hotels in older buildings there was a large enough elevator for 2 people and luggage.
    • Very convenient and surprisingly orange eggs.
    • Fantastic location, clean rooms, choice of pillows, nice breakfast, and TV had Netflix and YouTube access for English programs

    Cons -

    • I had room 411. The room was nice and the shower was great. HOWEVER, there was nowhere to put the luggage, or plug in the tea kettle provided. and our window opened to a small ledge with trash and construction debris on it.
    • The lighting of the rooms/stark decor made the atmosphere colder than it needed to be; plus the balcony looked out on a terrifying internal court.
    • The breakfast is terrible, in a very small windowless room, bread from the supermarket, dry croissants, no freshly made juice. They offer you to go to the sister hotel next street for breakfast also, but it´s just the same, in a bigger room. The drawer in the bathroom was full of hair and dirt from previous guests. Did not get cleaned until two days later. Bathroom is old and tired. Towels thin and worn. It said in the booking description you´d get free slippers and toiletries, I got the slippers when I asked for them in the lobby, but no free toiletries except the shower gel and on my last day, there were all of a sudden two plastic cups and a shower cap on the sink. Walls are thin so you hear al lot going on in the hallway and other rooms.

The hotel is near the Termini station so you can walk to the hotel (10 min) if you like. The balconies in the junior suite room is nice. 20 min walk to center of the city. Shopping street near by. Nice and helpful staff.

Room was spacious with a nice balcony.

Breakfast was so-so and there was loud music coming from a restaurant at street level until 10:30 PM

Location to the train station was perfect 8min walk. Easy 30min walk to most of the big ancient Roman highlights. Walk out and shop for all things Rome has to offer .

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:10pm when we had confirmation that we could arrive at 1pm and the room would be ready. We waited an additional 10mins once we arrived. The staff at the front desk at this hotel and their sister hotel The Maximus were very helpful , friendly and professional ( they also spoke English very beautifully). I must commend the man cleaning the rooms was also very hospitable and the ladies at both breakfast lounges were great. The recommendation of Alonsios (sp) restaurant near by was spot on for great service and quality food.

The hotel was very quaint and cozy. The room was charming and comfortable with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating and even offered suggestions for touring, even provided a map and marked it for us. The lady in the breakfast area on the 4th floor was super friendly and very welcoming. It made us feel so very comfortable and special. I appreciate a welcoming and friendly staff.

The only thing I can suggest is maybe sending an email describing how to get into the building. Although the front door was marked very clearly, it took us a minute to figure out that we needed to push the door bell to get in. Maybe just a better description of how to get in and that it’s in a building with other businesses and hotels.

    Excellent location + free breakfast

    Bed is small and uncomfortable.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, good location (easy to access each sightseeing area), clean room

    8StefaniePosted on: 1-15-2026

Room looked quite newly renovated. Shower was a nice size. Breakfast was decent though not exceptional. Very close to central termini station. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and transportation.

Wasn’t crazy about having to take the elevator up to breakfast. Room was very tight/small

    10DeepaPosted on: 1-9-2026

Proximity, clean, Excellent staffs, very prompt in responding to messages.

More bigger room for breakfast. Very petit.

The accommodation is located near the train station, within a 10–15 minute walk. The staff are very friendly, and the front desk is open 24 hours a day. There is a wide variety of options available for breakfast. However, the room price is quite high.

    10VeronikaPosted on: 1-7-2026

The staff were super nice, the room was clean, the breakfast had a lot of options. I would definitely come again

Staff was great. Room was clean. Good location

    Shower was tiny

    7DeepaPosted on: 12-24-2025

    Closest proximity, very friendly staffs.

Very small rooms, more luggage space required.

    8shaniPosted on: 12-20-2025

We were welcomed beautifully - all the staff were lovely. They went out of their way to assist us particularly when we missed our train and we came back to the hotel to leave our bags until a later train.

we would have liked water glasses in our room rather than plastic cups.

    7JenniferPosted on: 12-11-2025

Room is compact but has the basics you need. Including kettle, mini fridge, hairdryer. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful.

Rooms were not soundproof (between rooms or from outside noise) and heating/cooling is central so you can’t control it.

    8DaniellePosted on: 12-2-2025

The location and great and it was extremely clean, gray shower pressure. And the STAFF was amazing, JULIA was so helpful and nice!!!!!

Paper thin walls, you can hear everything going in the other rooms.
