Near to Roma termini . Breakfast is good. Staff members are good

Bed pillows are big and not suitable to good sleeping.

Very clean and short walk from the train station.

Not in walking distance to the colosseum, roman forum, and other popular sites.

Check ones early and they were able to accommodate! Amazing location just steps away from the main train station. I was able to get all around the city with ease.

Location was perfect for group of three requiring Termini proximity. Large room, double and two single beds.

Hotel is clean and close to Roma Termini station and one of the Papal Basilicas. Such easy access to metro trains and buses. Also it’s surrounded by variety of restaurants and shops. Luggage storage upon checkin and checkout is available. Breakfast was not bad for 5 euros only. The owners and managers Paolo and Marco are very accommodating and kind. They will help you for any inquiry and assistance about getting around the area.

I had the solo room on the 5th floor and the bed was not comfortable and needed a replacement. Maybe the bigger rooms had better mattresses. Also AC was not so cold for my preference.Further the room smelled like wood smoke, probably from the surrounding restaurants and it’s not the hotels fault at all. I have asthma so I guess I’m more sensitive to these things as I was sneezing all the time.

Great location right near the Termini station. Five minute walk. The staff was friendly, breakfast was fine. No frills, nothing fancy, but good value for location and the price.

The only thing was that they clean the room after the first night. The staff was responsive.

Its not a stand alone hotel. They have one flor in a shared building. The neighborhood looks dangerous at night. There are strange people around the entrance of the building.

Location is very close to Termini and that's why we have picked this location. The staff were very helpful and provided all required steps in video format and in pdf for me to self-check-in. In reception they agreed to keep our luggage for couple of hours after check-out and they were very friendly.

It was our first day in Rome and for that price I initially thought that this is ok. But I have decided not to stay in Orlanda and book another venue for my 4 days stay. After seeing another place, I understood that Hotel Orlanda wasn't best offer for that price. In the same distance from Termini there are much wider and more modern options available. The room which has been given to us was with strong smell of some oldness, we had to open both windows to circulate some air but couldn't sleep as it was noisy around. Bathroom and room itself were old repair and must be modernized to attract tourists.

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND MARIA TEREZA WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT WAS GREAT. THE PLACE OF THE HOTEL IS GOOD SINCE YOU CAN WALK TO MANY OF THE IMPORTANT THINGS YOU HAVE TO VISIT. MARCO WAS VERY HELPFUL EVEN BEFORE WE ARRIVE!!

I THINK THEY NEED A RENOVATION BUT IT'S NOT SO IMPORTANT SINCE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT!!

Not so comfy bed

Close to Centrale FS and lots of restaurants around. Staff were amazing! Woman at reception in the evening even helped me buy tickets online and gave me tea and honey when I developed a sore throat. Can’t get much nicer than that. Everything was very clean!

I don’t take elevators so it was a lot of stairs but that can’t be helped. Breakfast was a bit rudimentary but fine for a short stay.

Location was perfrect nearby Roma Termini. Also plenty of choices for dinner nearby. Staff was replying promptly on our questions on Whatsup and thankfully we were able to orient ourselves on the area

In the facilities it is mentioning a 24 hours reception service which isn't accurate. We have been offered advises on whatsup in order to get our key (kind of a treasure hunt) and the stay was problem free though we chose a hotel (instead of a cheaper alternative) for the reason of having an actual person being on the premises in case something didn't go as planned. I am considering this difference from the description misleading. COVID is no longer an reason do deviate from what you advertise. If there isn't a 24 hour service this should change on booking.comShower is marginally big for an adultBreakfast is served 8-10 which is again outside normal breakfast hours for a hotel. We left earlier than 8, no alternatives (or a discount) offered

Super close to Rome Termini which was all we needed for our 1 night stay. Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Staff was super supportive. Room was very clean. Location great! 2min walk to Roma Termini Station. All around restaurants and supermarkets. Every day clean and new towels. For 2 people this was a very nice option. I loved it.

The breakfast was on 5th floor however our room was on 3rd floor, but that was ok for 3 days stay. Anyway , breakfast was very poor unfortunately. They could add some vegetable or salad, more fruits. All in all it was ok but not very good.

When you arrive to the building looks dingy but the service and rooms are excellent.

We had a quadruple room but it felt very spacious. The beds were comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in an old building and the lift made for the size of building but it was small - only mentioning as may not be ideal for when more than one or two people need to use it. This wasn’t a negative point, just something some potential guests may like to know about. The stairs were fine and good exercise!
