- location near termini station and they make up the bed everyday
- The location was perfect, it was basically across the street from Rome Termini but it was surprisingly quiet. There's a grocery store directly across the street and several restaurants close by which was very convenient. The check-in was quick and friendly, the room was extremely comfortable (especially the bed), and it had an AC wall unit for heating/cooling. The shower was a nice size for Italy. I was staying overnight because I had an early flight to catch. The price was excellent for the location, I will definitely stay here again when transiting out of Fiumicino.
Cons -
- There was no handsoap, only shampoo/body gel. The only trash receptacle was in the bathroom. Toilet paper should be further from water zones. A shower caddy would be helpful. The bed was too soft. There was no Do Not Disturb sign. The locks took some getting used to. Despite these inconveniences, we don't regret our stay.
- 1. upon entering the property gate it was full of multiple big trash can outpouring with smelly trash2. staff is upto 8pm only. nobody helps u after that. 3. bathroom has no soap holder!!! you need to go out of the bathroom every time u need to grab ur soap or shampoo which I just placed near the toilet4. u need to go out of the room to get the hair dryer and return it outside after use. 5. trash can cover is broken6. lavatory sink does not drain properly7. outside is a resto and a big street so its very noisy at night, you cant sleep until the resto closes.8.main “lobby” or office is at the 2nd floor, its like they did not strategize properly how to run the business9. the bed is actually 2 single bed place beside each other to appear big, but when you lie down you can feel the space in between.
- The only toiletries included were multiple packets of shampoo, but I travel with my own toiletries so this wasn't a problem for me. The bathroom was newer but looks like it has seen a lot of guests and was a bit dinged up, but this was minor and expected in a high volume location. Overall, the room was very clean.

The host very help fullLocation so close from trein station buses etc
The room was good for 2 people, which provided the basic need to stay for a short trip. It's in the city center-perfect location where you can find mostly very thing surrounded.
The place should provide slippers, the fridgeAnd internet connection should be improved
Guy at the reception was very helpful, friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean, hotel is located 5-7min from Roma Termini. 10/10 would book again
Great location, right next to the train station. We were able to check in after the reception hours.
Everything was normal. The room was clean, but for a 2-star hotel the price and conditions are the same
they don't accept guests before 12, the bathroom was very small in the room, we had a hard time bathing.
Location is exceptional if you're travelling, as it is literally next to the Roma Termini train station. The staff was incredibly helpful
I have two complains and are really very minor, one is the bed, it is a standard hotel bed and I really wasn't expecting anything different, but these beds are really soft and if you suffer from back pain (as I do) they're not good for your back. The other is that I only got three shampoo sachets, which is fine for my stay (just one night) but I would have really liked one soap bar of any size.
LocationCleanlinessGood staff
The bathroom and toilet are very small and uncomfortable Would prefer if they allow baggage drop before/after checkin checkout for the money we pay
the room was larger than I expected and everything was clean and quiet. The window was very nice as well. The location was perfect. They also allowed me to leave my luggage after I checked out for the time I needed.

Good
shower could be better and if there was a kettle a fridge and basic amenities.
The room was clean and cosy. Location is very good and the staff is friendly.
no tissue in toilet - have to beg staff for tissue.poor response to communications - if any (email/call/verbal)staff shouts at guests - if guests shout at staff it becomes a fight which is intimidating as a black female solo traveller receiviing this from a white male
the staff dont inform you how to check out - there is noone at the counter and they expect you to just know. No staff is ever at reception before 10h00am and after 8pm yet work in italy is 8am - 8pm.Linen not clean toilet has no soaptoilet has no paper
Sparkling clean, room cleaning and towels change every two days. Best location near train station, metro and all buses access in 3 minutes walk.
The owner's daughter was nice and helpful and the place was cleaner then in the comments before.
The place is supercold, we had to request duvet as we only had a very light cover originally. The air conditioner hardly worked. The street is extremely noisy.
The staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. The bed is comfortable.
The room is dirty, which could be a health hazard. For example, the shower curtains are slimy, unpleasant, and need to be replaced. The shower itself also needs cleaning, and it’s designed in a way that all the water spills onto the floor no matter what, and there’s nothing to wipe it up with. There’s also an issue with the blanket. The room had a cold, icy floor, and even when the air conditioner is on, the temperature doesn’t change. The blanket is awful, old, and cold, with no duvet cover. Also, housekeeping may enter the room while you’re in the shower, as happened to me. This is because there should be a sign on the door to indicate whether housekeeping is needed. There was barely any soap, just enough for one day (I stayed for 5 days). The toilet paper situation was the same. Also, there are no curtains in the room, so people can see you through the window.
I liked the location
There weren’t enough towels for 2 person, blankets, we needed to ask for everything, there wasn’t soap, they didn’t add toilet paper after few days of stay, I didn’t get instructions for self-check in, because I got there in the evening. I was lucky because after knocking the door for a long time, they opened and helped with it, otherwise I could stay outside. After having bath all the room was wet from bathroom to bedroom, couldn’t fix the shower and needed to have bath holding the shower in hands.
Room was next to central station providing good connectivity for bus, train, metro etc.we visited in Summer, the AC was working perfectly and much neededNormal room, expensive but Rome being a tourist city price is justified.
Wifi was not working, as we had short stay didn't discuss it with the reception. No instruction were provided for checkout and the reception was closed.
Very kind people at front desk, they help me a lot, i needed a hairdryer so i requested it before arrive the hotel and they got it for me, also the wifi connection wasn’t working but they fix it in a moment, is in the center well located just steps from the Termini train station
Is not the property, is the people who walk at night really late screaming and you can hear them, is the only thing i could say is bad
