Nice location near the Rome termini, walking distance to the form Rome,really nice and helpful hotel staff, lots of restaurant nearby and there is a mini market downstairs.

Room is small and the washroom and shower tin are super mini,feel too tinny to move inside even I am 155cm .

Everything, great location , kind staff and clean , we loved the fact that we could store our bags there.

Beds were comfy, cozy room and the lights helped set the mood.

Shower wasn't too warm, and the charger ports didn't fit in our adapters and were difficult

The location was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful and air conditioning could adjust the temperature to your liking.

But the humidity in the room was very high, we would wake up to wet window and one can smell the humid air when entering the room every time. Opening windows wouldn't help.And unfortunately there was mold on some parts of the wall.

Need more towels in the room, especially for the bathroom.

The location is okay as its close to the train station, but thats it.

The room had mold it in, the smell of mold was seeped into everything so even after airing the room out with an open window you could still smell it in the bedsheets and towels. There was no hot water, and the room was the complete opposite of the photos. The staff were helpful for small requests like changing the sheets and towels, however the smell persisted even after the change. They were unhelpful with changing us rooms or accommodating the lack of hot water, etc.

The location is very close to everything, right next to the Big Bus stop. At the hotel, the lady receptionist I forgot is very kind and explains the area very well.

The bed is not comfortable, and there is no extra pair of shoes in the room. If you are staying here, please bring your shoes for walking around.

Good location in terms of Termini Station and bus station being nearby. Although the street it’s located in is kinda scary. But passable as transport is super convenient. Also they provide clean towels and soap and shower gel. For one night, it’s fine but definitely don’t recommend staying here for any more than that.

It’s not the cleanest place on earth. The bathroom is mounted into the wall and is incredibly small, thankfully I’m skinny but it was surprising and not worth the 45€ per night. The sink is located outside the bathroom, shower was dirty too as well as bedsheets. The wall looked mouldy. Also… the lift!!! No joke it is so scary and super tiny and super broken as if it was made from cardboard box and tape. My friend and I opted to just take the stairs. The hotel is located on the 5th floor of what looks like a haunted house which stinks.

It's situated in a convenient area next to Rome Termini (Trains & Metro). 5 minutes from the hotel. But that's it... No other advantages for us.

The area around wasn't so safe especially night time. Homeless drunk people, some fighting in the streets. We would not suggest it especially if you are a lady traveling alone... do not choose it. The entrance is protected by a password lock, but the most times we found the entrance open. The elevator is only one for many people and is very old and slow for a 5-floor building, so most of the times we have to wait in the ground floor for many minutes for our turn to use it. They gave us an old room (not the one posted on booking). They were renovating the other rooms (the rooms in photos on booking), so when we saw it, we were extremely disappointed. Quite ugly & old fashioned... Damaged walls & furniture. The water was changing temperature continuously so the bath was a disappointing experience, from cold to extremely hot between seconds, not stable temperature. Last, we would like to mention that the staff was polite & helpful, especially the ladies. Also the rooms outside were very noise, most of the nights we heard loud music & people yelling, but ok it is closed to Termini so we understand & we were prepared about the noise. We think the price was to expensive for what we got.

The hotel is well situated; easy walking distance to cafes and railway station. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.

If I was staying longer I would need a more comfortable room to hang out in.

Fine room for one night near Termini if you need to catch a train in the morning. Apart from that - nothing special. AC was working. Elevator works, so it's good if you have luggage as hotel is on the 5th floor.

Sink in the room lol. Generally, pretty loud due to wall thinness. Tiny bathroom. The was a blackout in the area when we stayed there, not hotel's fault but no apologies or compensation provided by the reception. Elevator does not work during the blackout.

Very basic room for the price, not even a drinking glass, no hooks for towels, no toiletry storage shelf, chipped broken tiles, flaking paint. Not a great experience.

The location is pretty decent in the morning, due to it being near the station.

The property was nothing like in the booking page. It made me feel scammed. The hotel did not feel like a hotel, since reception was on another building. The water temperature was inconsistent, WiFi access mostly unavailable, staff didn’t understand English at a satisfying degree, the room was not cleaned, just towel change and soap not even given half the time, and at last electric outlets where popping out of the wall.

Perfect place to stay for a night before an early train journey. Clean rooms, easy check-in and friendly staff.
