The worst hotel experience in my life

Insulting staff, fake descriptions, hygiene and health hazard

The elevator did work the first day, a long climb with baggage.The refrigerator would not cool.Not ice available.The room was very hot - open windows - Okay, except the mosquitoes.

Kind of scary, 3 police were there at the main office, not sure what happened.

Friendly Staff and location good, lots of restaurants nearby.

Room is smelly, pillows yellow ang stinky, air conditioning leeks water when turn on, shower tiny 2fx3f , bathroom have 1feet length to move around . Window open to smell foods cooking from the restaurant ....

I loved the location. It is quiet. Nice restaurants around. More of a residential area so you see the locals and experience a little bit of the culture in Rome.

My room needed a few lightbulbs. The telephone in the room was not connected. and the TV was not working.

The room as extremely small for a economy double - couldn’t get to the cupboard to hang up clothing - was more a single room

Staff was very helpfull. Location was gerat, 10 minutes to Vatican. Good value for money.

Bed bugs. Super loud. Ac was off.

I will not recommend it, sorry.

In the pictures it seems much better, but in reality it’s not the same. My apologies, but it’s not clean at all, the hotel have a bad cigarette smell and the bathroom is not good and comfortable to be used. There is also not a coffee or anything that normal hotels for that price offer you. For he same money you can go to really nice place.

Good location

stuffy smell in room, outdated look, toilet was not completely glued to the floor, all in all a good place if there s an emergency situation or you re really tight with money, but if you want even a little bit of comfort and an enjoyable stay then i would advise splurging a bit more and getting an actual enjoyable room

-staff are very professional and collaborative-the location is extraordinary- the room is very warm

- The bathroom is one of the tightest i have ever seen -There is no noise insulation at all. You can hear the rooms next to you and outside the room. It seems that smoking is permitted, as a bad smell of smoking permeates the room.

All reception managers I met were super helpful and nice. Great thing, that this hotel has night reception manager, so you can have night check in. Great location. Veeery good light isolation - you can sleep in the total darkness. Clean.

There were two things I didn't liked:1. You don't always have hot water. When I came late at night (because of the flight delay) all I wanted was hot shower. There was no hot water. Next morning it was ok. But the next morning water was just a little bit warm. So you never know when you'll have it hot. 2. Noise isolation was rather bad. I heard someone's wake up alarms, staff talks and so on and woke up every time...not what you want from your sleep on holiday.

The location was so central. So much nearby to see and do. Shops open until 9.30 for supplies.

The lift broke. Had for an hour and no signs. They knew we were checking out and use a wheelchair. Offered to bring bags down but wheelchair user had to slowly edge down from fourth floor. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere.

No shower kit, air dryer at the wall is not very practical. No place where to leave your beauty in the bathroom. A boiler and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room or on each wing would be a sign of welcome and a way to overcome the fact that breakfast is not provided.

Very nice room, clean, close to the center and metro and bus stops, and most importantly - the district is quiet and safe. There are good inexpensive restaurants around, but it doesn't cause any noise.

Staff impoliteness/lack of service and availability

We originally booked a small economy room for a 7-night stay, but upon check-in, the incredibly kind reception staff surprised us with an upgrade to a suite with a lovely small yard. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable!The suite was spotless, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for us—peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to the vibrant city center, easily reachable via metro. The nearest metro station was just a short 5–7 minute walk away.What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were always responsive and helpful, accommodating our early check-in request two hours before the official time. They also provided invaluable tips about the city, which made exploring much easier.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a place with great service, a comfortable atmosphere, and convenient location, I wholeheartedly recommend this one!

Everything about the hotel was great, but I would suggest adding more supplies to the kitchen to make it even more convenient for guests who enjoy cooking.

The hotel staff is amazing, very welcoming and always helpful. Location is great, everything is in walk distance.

Nothing bad, I would just prefer different bed mattress but that could be my opinion
