The hotel is has a really good location. Very clean convenience the surrounding area is awesome m, bus station, train and taxis available during the whole time.

Information about features and what you should do and what you shouldn’t for example once we arrive after 1:30 am and we did t know there was q code to go in after hours u think as soon as the guest arrived all that information should be provided to the guest.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, you get excellent value for your money, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay.

Very comfortable. Outstanding staff. In the suburbs, 30 mins by bus to City but enjoyed the quiet atmosphere after hustle of Rome. Transport - bus or train, 10 minutes easy walkNice restaurants 15 minutes away.

This hotel has refurbished rooms which are decent , location is fairly good but u still need transport to main attractions. Cleaning was not the best, sheets seemed not washed, they don’t do the bare minimum, owner hires probably on very low pay immigrants, who behaved quite rudely whenever we asked for anything. Had to ask for shower gel and they came in like 1ml sachets, they gave us 2 so extremely cheap for a hotel. Airbnb are even better and not run by staff. No safe place to keep luggage, just out in plain sight should you arrived before check in. Reception is not 24hrs and should you be locked out you need to wake up a very angry and rude guy who will be annoyed you woke him up!

Helpful staff and good room facilities

Mattress being two singles together with a gap present effectively like having a single bed

Good atmosphere, not noisy, clean place, close to bus and Metro. The staff are pleasant.

Lovely old building, beautifully restored. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location outside the most touristy areas. Nice and peaceful, easy to travel into town.

The location is amazing! The area is sooo quit and green. Lots of villas and beautiful houses. The staff is so kind and friendly. They made our stay exceptionally good. Will definitely be coming back to them in Rome.

The cleanliness , the friendly and helpful stuff and the rooms.

The entrance is very spacious and provides a happy welcome. The staff is also very friendly and gave me an amicable feeling, almost familial.

I would be happier if the structure had also included a gourmet breakfast service, given the available space.

Location was fantastic for the embassy and the little square down the street was lovely for a meal.The upstairs verandah was a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the night.

The stairs, though the owners were very kind in helping me to carry the suitcases up 4 flights.Then downloading and printing off critical information for us. They could not have been kinder and refused the extra payment offered.

Only one persion from the stuff speaks English, noone told me that if I come in the night I should use a passcode, so I had to ring and a man was not satisfied with that, though he could not explain. The sound isolation in the hotel is really not good, one cant really hear outside, but neighbors pretty well.

Very nicely located villa-hotel near Russian consolate , 5 min walk. Beds and pillows were good , big smart TV
