Everything was great. The staff was extremely pleasant and accomodating. The location was great and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff was excellent. They go above and beyond to attend to every request and detail. Very clean, beautifully appointed, great breakfast. The location is fantastic for walking and exploring Rome.

Inconsistent WiFi connection at times.

Room layout was bad. You couldn't sit at the desk and the chair had armrests so it was extremely hard to sit down in the cramped space between the bed and the desk. Poor furniture and layout.

We stayed here for our Rome wedding. Fantastic hotel. The staff are wonderful. The room was perfect for getting ready and they have Dyson hairdryers! Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel.

There was nothing I did not like. From arrival to departure, this hotel is top notch. Upon arrival they provided snacks and drinks while we waited. The little extras in our room were appreciated.

This hotel is as amazing as I remembered it after visiting almost 20 years ago. Perfectly situated near the Piazza Novana, this hotel is luxurious while being centrally located. We felt tucked away from noise and crowd while being able to see everything on one of the best roof-top restaurants. The room was large, fitted with modern appliances and super comfortable beds and bedding. Amenities were luxurious, with Bulgari shampoos and lotions. The staff were so helpful and recommended a perfect restaurant for authentic Italian food and pizza. We wished we could have stayed much longer!

It is a uniquely decorated and beautifully designed bio-hotel with an amazing, green atmosphere, even though it’s right in the middle of the city. The accessories and finishes both inside and outside the rooms are rich, stylish, and thoughtfully curated. Although the hotel has a classic vibe filled with artworks, the blend of elegant Italian lighting, high quality furniture, and premium electronics like Bang & Olufsen and Dyson gives a truly refined and luxurious feeling. It also has a beautiful rooftop where you can enjoy the city of Rome — a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery.

only downside is the soundproofing. If housekeeping is working on your floor or in the neighboring rooms, you’ll likely wake up to the sound of vacuum cleaners early in the morning — and you can also hear the noise from the street quite easily.

Amazing service and location! Everyone on the staff was so helpful and welcoming. Mary, the concierge, went above and beyond by arranging a car to pick us up from the train station in Naples and take us to Sorrento. Would definitely visit again!

Excellent hotel with restaurants close by. Walking times to most city center attractions just 6-8 minutes. Clean and very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet items were cold - like cold scrambled eggs. Hot breakfast items were made to order, and were very good, but the servers were slow and seemed untrained.

The location is fantastic. The staff are lovely. The chocolate gifts are great.

The room was too small. The lovely receptionist says we were upgraded, but according to the fire escape plan we were in the smallest room on that floor anyway. The room was quite dated. The roof top bar was also dated and didn’t feel luxurious. Staff were lovely but lifts, carpets, corridors, bathrooms aged.

Excellent hotel, excellent breakfast, superb location, but what made it shine was the wonderful people working at Raphael. One of the best experiences I ever had in a hotel. I will be returning whenever I'm in Rome.
