Location was very convenient and break fast was amazing.

AC vent was making sound and it was disturbing

The location is great for seeing most of the sights with most being around a 10min walk. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a great size and the shower was excellent.

There was a lot of noise from the corridor and the rooms next door were not appreciated. When u you ou can hear kids playing table tennis and chatting at 11pm.There was a lot of dust and hairs on the headboard of the bed. The quality of the mattress on the kids beds was poor.

We stayed as an adult family group, and the late-night check-in (after midnight) was handled very smoothly and easily. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — from reception to the cleaning team to the breakfast servers. The rooms were very spacious, including the bathrooms, which is especially appreciated since hotel rooms in Europe are often quite small. The hotel is in a very central location, right at the beginning of Via del Corso, yet still quiet at night. We were there during the New Year’s period, and the atmosphere made our stay especially enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Everything was great overall. The only thing that could be improved is adding more variety to breakfast, especially during the holidays, since it was the same each day.

We loved the location, right in the center of everything. We walked from the hotel to every place that is must seen.Also is near bus stations and metro if you need.It's located at the beginning of Via del corso.Again, best location.

Now to big disapointment, the facilities in the room...even if it was written that you have facilities to make coffe/tea in the room, we discovered after 3 days that you have to pay for the coffee in tbe room.They only gave tea.There is a coffee machine in the room but they charge you for the pods, who cost 2 euro each!!!Also, for 3 out if 5 nights there was no hot enogh water for shower. It was only lukewarm.And finally, the breakfast was guite poor, we needed to ask for refill of the egs and bacon because the serving bowls were usually empty.No fresh vegetables were served. Very little choises of food.The coffee was good.

Fantastic location and hotel facilities.The Talent Hotel front desk team Alyssa, Sofia and Massimo were so helpful both before and whilst we stayed. We'd highly recommend staying at The Talent Hotel!

Convenient location, you can easily walk to many landmarks such as the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna etc and close to buses that can take you to the train station or the Vatican city. Amazing matress and pillows, very important after you've spent the whole day walking around Rome.Very helpful and polite staff.

Breakfast had both savoury and sweet things but was rather basic and the refill of the empty trays was not properly planned even at 9am when the traffic was high.Rooms could have an extra stool or chair.

Location was great. Near to all tourist sites and transportation. Special thanks to Massimo at the reception who was a great help and very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

The other receptionist we’re not so friendly. The breakfast could be better.

The staff- every shift and department- were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Room had amazing touches like robes and slippers, double sinks, toiletries, plenty of towels. The shower was heavenly with amazing water pressure. Room is big with plenty of space for luggage and to feel comfortable. Plenty of outlets and the bed was right amount of firm with great memory foam pillows 10/10!

Thermostat didn't work properly

The location was amazing. The hotel is very close to everything. Lots of touristic places are just a walking distance. Lots of restaurant around. The location was awesome. The room was amazing, very spacious and beautiful. Very comfortable. Also it was very clean.

We had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast. However I asked to give us a breakfast box earlier, which they did but it was very poor. I cannot judge because I couldn't attend the Buffet. The lady on the reception was very friendly and she suggested to get the breakfast boxes. However the guy who was early in the morning like at 6h00 was very mean. He told us that the lady wrote our number room wrong, and he didn't want to give us the breakfast boxes until I started to argue with him. Also he said the taxi was booked at 8h where it was supposed to be at 6h00. I don't if it was the fault of the lady at night or the old guy in the morning, but that an unpleasant experience. I think you guys should train your stuff better. Everything was great but having a bad stuff would make the experience bad.

When it was time to check out we weren't able to get a taxi or any other kind of ride due to the fact that the hotel was surrounded by baracade for a marathon that was being run. So we had to walk several blocks with all of our luggage and cross through the race, which was very difficult. It would have been nice to have been warned a head of time

The bed and room were very nice. The location was perfect. Breakfast was ok for us.

The shower was a little small and there was no heat. Perhaps October is too soon for heat? Fortunately there were extra covers!

The last day there was no hot water and we found one of the new toilet paper rolls had mould.

Central location and excellent breakfast. The front desk was able to get us a cab to the airport within a couple of minutes.

No lobby. Our room had no chairs, no desk, no pictures on the walls and it was a dark interior room
