    Pros +

    • Perfect serene urban retreat with access two sites restaurants in the Metro system just outside the door
    • I liked the fireplace that you can sit by in the evening. They also make a very tasty aperol spritz. The breakfast was good enough too.
    • Everything is beautiful and clean . very friendly people and helping in everything, breakfast a delight

    Cons -

    • Two things that really spoiled the stay is: mattress (guys, you should really think about getting new ones), my back hurt all the time; the standard room is not in the main building and looks more like a summer house which is probably fine in summer but not in winter.
    • Some details that are not thickened at the time it is remembered months in advance, such as that at a time of year the pool does not work etc. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom, the bathtub and the shower are in the same place and it is very high to get in and out wet, in fact dangerous since there is nowhere to hold you, so it is very easy to slip .so I recommend analyzing the bathroom well before booking an adult person I do not think I can access the shower .
    • Our bathroom needed a little attention when we checked in. It was brought to the staff's attention and while we were having dinner the front desk agent personally rectified the situation.

The location is perfect for showing someone all the standard tourist sites, as well as some more lesser visited, but equally rewarding parts of the city. The property is an oasis in the heart of the Archaeological Zone; the pool is a great way to beat the Roman heat and mingle with fellow guests.Breakfast is wonderful and I recommend taking advantage of it.Staff are all amazing!! They make you feel so welcome, and want to return.

Liked breakfast the most!! It was delicious, they make fantastic coffees too. They also mix great aperol spritzes. Nice staff, too. Helpful and kind. Comfy bedQuiet area, but still in a great location Can't really find them any faultsThanks!

Nothing. Do not stay here no aircon.

This hotel promised us that they would refund our entire stay because their air conditioning wasn't working for the duration of our stay in the middle of a heat wave. It was 37 degrees. 4 weeks later Booking.com have just informed us that the hotel is no longer responding to them. The trip wascompletely ruined. ~Our only consolation was their promise to refund us our money. They have since ignored all communications.

Beautiful peaceful spot in Rome. Good breakfast, lovely staff, especially Rafael.

Not much really, other than it had lots of available outdoor space if it was maintained better.

The garden room was tiny, it felt like a garage space. Not at all what we expected from the online pictures. We moved to a room in the hotel which was better but the bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep. The hotel was poorly decorated and badly maintained

the best location of the hotel! very quiet and at the same time 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the center. I liked it very much. The staff are professionals. Great morning breakfasts on the veranda in the outside garden. I recommend it to everyone!!! Anastasia and Burkhan.

The staff incredibly kind and very helpful! They go that extra mile just to please your experience! Best location in Roma! Quiet but close to the best part of rome! I will definitely come back here! I like the hotel design as well!

Excellent location for the tourist sites, two stops on the B metro from the main railway station and 5 minutes walk from the metro station to the hotel. Hotel is in a residential street making it very quiet at night. Exceptional breakfast for a 3-star hotel.

The breakfast was good and the waiter was very attentive. I’m sure the hotel would be a welcome oasis in the summer months.

There are some design issues with the garden rooms . There is a sliding door that hides the glass shower which I had to pull across the wardrobe area as the lights were on a sensor a came on when we moved. This meant you could see inside the bathroom when someone was using it. There beds only had a blanket and sheet and it wasn’t warm enough but I asked for an extra blanket so that wasn’t a problem.

Location is really good. The yard and garden gave the feeling of a resort, that's true, nice towels and slippers were also a nice sign of how much the hotel cares of it's guests. BUT the night in the room was so uncomfortable that I can barely find the words to describe it. The matrass was literally bent in the middle, probably from so many guests sleeping in it. The matrass should be changed in room 3 immediately, I am sorry for people who are going to sleep there.

The property comes stylish modern but the wooden details enhance a cozy feeling to it.

The water wasn’t even even lukewarm temperature …

The location of the hotel is amazing, 1min to bus stops and subway, 10min walk to Colloseo. The area is very calm and safe. The garden is beautiful and it’s very green. There is a swimming pool, so in the summer it would be great to chill in it. Breakfast is okay, the choice is good but quality is 50/50, especially cafe latte ( no way to get it right). Rooms are stylishly made, shower is old already and when you wash too long, the water goes into the main room. Also you can’t close the room from inside ( kinda strange), there is simply no lock and you just trust the system. Overall, it’s clean, nice location, fine breakfast. For several nights it’s perfect to stay.

Great, large room and amazing the quiet oasis of the garden. Good breakfast, friendly staff, great for the price!

Room wasn't soundproof - a little noisy as other guests moved around due to the gap under the door.
