Close to city center, staff is very helpful
Very close to noisy tram lines, furniture and building is outdated and needs maintenance.
Location
Bed was very hard. The staff wasn't helpful when I pointed out that the air conditioner wasn't working, and no hot water until late in the evening.
The location is convenient if you need to stay close to a railway station. It is less than 30 minutes from Fiumicino Airport to Trastevere station. It is also easy to take the tram to Trastevere and city center. The breakfast isn't anything special, but there is a whole pot of filter coffee available, not just a coffee machine or table service. Definitely a bonus and not very usual in Italy.
The shower space is really small! Also no blackout curtains so an eyemask is recommended for sleeping. Too expensive regarding the value for money.
Excellent location. 5 minutes from the train and buses to central Rome. The room is all , dated but clean. Air conditioning works well and a s bonus has a minifridge. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is simple: ham , cheese , biscuits and pastries. Coffee and juice. The staff is lovely ,very helpful . A special mention for Jacopo, who helped is to sort a complicated problem with a missed payment of the highway, by calling the authorities and explaining the problem for us.
Furniture is old , it could do with refurbishing but it was not a problem for us. The entrance is up a set of long steps. For us it was not a problem
We chose this place because it is close to Roma Trastevere station, so it ws easy to get to from the airport and easy to catch a tram into the center of Rome. Room is a bit on the small side but comfortable enough. Staff very helpful and because we had to leave early in the morning, we were provided with a take away breakfast pack which was a very nice touch. Good Wi-Fi
Bathroom a bit cramped.
Location and price, great host
The walls are quite thin so it was a bit noisy
Beautiful yet simple. Fantastic breakfast
The shower wasn't hot enough, yet the faucet water was. ????
I do not recommend however, It is a place to sleep.
The hotel is further away than I expected and in a kind of obscure location being unfamiliar, foreign and alone. The staff both that evening and that morning were interested in doing their job and preforming its functions than being helpful or of service. I was leaving 6:55 am to catch my train to the airport and asked was there something I could grab now like a coffee. I do get it but that hard line for a completely over valued room added to the underwhelm.
All amenities promised within the room were delivered, breakfast was good, staff was very polite and helpful, both through email communication and vis-a-vis. Hotel remains open well beyond midnight.
Lift was super small
We were a bit skeptical given the outstanding low price and last minute availability, and the limited photos and reviews given online about the hotel and the neighborhood. Don't hesitate if you are looking for an exceptional budget hotel: all staff are completely exceptional, the hotel is clean and well kept, the street and neighborhood are quiet and safe, despite it being directly above the tram line and easy walking distance from the Trastevere stazione. Rooms are modest small size, but include desk, tv, refrigerator and armadio, windows that open, bathroom floors and tiles clean and modern enough - all is in order and the building itself is stable and well kept. Bathroom supplies and towels provided are generous. Breakfast included is more than sufficient, all exceptional quality and service for an exceptionally good value. Our toilet water was slightly running continuously, and some walls had some chipping paint higher up in our room, but overall it is an exceptional stay for the low low price and excellent service and safety. By European standards: a 5-star 3-star hotel experience, you couldn't ask for more! By American standards: when in Rome..... Welcome to Europe! If you want the Ritz, go to the Ritz, if you want to understand local life and really appreciate the culture, this is the best! We stayed for appointments at the San Camillo hospital; the walk is much easier than Maps makes it seem, not difficult or a hard walk at all, less than the 20 minutes maps indicates, safe, easy, pleasant all the way.
Has an elevator for the upper floors, acceptable breakfast
Room was cold, far from the city center
I love it! I always stay at this hotel and I love everything about it. It's clean and I can get my sleep well. For some reason, I sleep beautifully there. I love the privacy and getting my sleep there. The stuff is always very friendly and welcoming! THANK YOU!
Second time here traditional hotel lovely staff and nice breakfast room has comfy beds and is small for 4 of us but we only sleep in it! Too much to do in Rome to stay in your room!
All good
The area seemed ok
It was dirty. The elevator was dirty the shower and bathroom had black mold. It was DIRTY.There was no restaurant on sight. They had breakfast but the website said restaurant. Correct the website. They go on and on about their cleaning on their site. It is Not clean.
The room was quiet. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. And all that for such a low price. The hotel is close to the Roma Trastevere station, and to bus and tram stops.
I was here a year ago, now i booked for my friend and his gf recommend it for the price!
The cleanliness of our room, especially the bed and the bathroom.Hot water at all times.Near to the station.
The noise from the traffic. It was very dated, the paint was falling off of the bathroom walls. The noise from the room next door to us.
Easy check-in, spacious bed, clean bathrooms, location near a tram station (or a train station).Good breakfast bar.Friendly staff
If you had to nitpick, the water pressure could be higher, and the key is oh so heavy with the number plack. But both are negligible.
Very convenient, clean, very nice staff, good locationComfortable, clean. Respectful property
The breakfast could be better , but any way the hotel is really good
