Good location in Rome. Google communications with host (only by whatsapp). Full kitchen

Way too expensive. Bed is a sofa bed. Door to room is a sliding door that doesn't close completely or lock from inside. Appartment smells of cigarette. Sink was clogged.

Location and price

Black mold in the bathroom. The room was not clean. The room had a weird smell.

If you are looking for a room for 1 night is great. Close to Roma termini . We booked this room because of the early morning flight. Bathroom and room very used. Not very clean . Dump in the bathroom. Don't book if you have kids. Area not very nice too. It's better to pay a bit extra and choose something nicer.

It doesn’t look like security and the owner writes ob WhatsApp and wants additional payment

The location was good, walking distance from the train station.

Not a good option for summer as the AC aren’t functional. We complaint but nothing happened.

Decent place to stay .the location is also good. Can easily accommodate 3 people..even the price is not very expensive.

Room was large, clean, and had great A/C. Cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. Location is so convenient, close to central train station. Our room had a kitchen which was awesome.

Check in was horrible. Kept bugging us for a check in time for many, many days in advance, and then, we had travel delays (travel is unpredictable). Had to wait an hour and a half or so for someone to let us into the building. (Owner/manager doesn't really account for lack of service to WhatsApp him. Many guests had problems, it seems.) All of the staff was very sweet and accommodating though. I just wish it was a bit easier. Bed was a pull out mattress that you kind of sunk into.

It was clean and I liked that it was near the train station.

The a/c isn’t as strong and it’s in a sketchy location in my opinion.

we thought we got a whole apartment. Turns out it’s an apartment converted into 3 room. Therefore we were sharing it with 2 more guests, which was not what we expected. And the fact that the owner just comes in whenever he/ she wants into the apartment just show the lacks of privacy.

The location was quit central and only a 30 minute walk from the Colosseum away. There is a grocery store just around the corner and the accommodation is close to the train station where the shuttle bus drops you off. The host responded quickly to texts and was flexible when it came to check in times being delayed.

There was an AC in the room but no remote which would have been nice as it got quite warm at night. Additionally, the window was not closing properly allowing the sounds of the street to enter the room which was a bit loud at night.

Complete disaster, they changed our room for some reason and there wasnt any private bathroom in the new room even though i paid for it. Not recommended at all.

Kind staff, pretty clean.

Dangerous area of Rome, we felt unsafe. They cut hot water and electricity for few hours, but I guess we werr just unlicky.

The stay in total was ok! Sam and the staff on site were very friendly and arranged for us to leave our luggage earlier, which was great! The appartment is a maisonette type with a second floor for the third bed. It is not possible to walk there, but it is functional enough, so no problem with that. All three beds were comfortable. All in all was good enough for a stop-over for one night.

The bathroom was ok, even if it could use some refurbishment. There were some mould and moisture stains on the ceiling.

There was no iron, for travellers it’s quite useful

It was really clean and comfortable, location is perfect and the owner explained everything perfectly!

Location was near the train, metro, bus and the tourist attractions.

It is nice for only a short stay, it’s very basic. Only for sleeping.

Good wifi. Pretty clean as much as possible for almost unmaintained premises.

Overall feeling of low to none apartment maintenance. Makeshift electrical installation. Appliances, walls, furniture well past its lifespan. Staff did a great job in cleaning but they can't magically refurbish a ran-down place. For a short stay OK, though. Good location.

The apartment was clean and has good location. The owner was friendly and guided us in our trip.

Extra towels were added to our reservation even though we didn't ask and because shower was not working we couldn't even use them , so we paid 4 Euro for nothing
