Amazing staff. Always a guard at the entrance to the hotel. I felt very safe, leaving luggage there while we left and waited for our check in time. Beautiful views! Very clean. Comfortable. perfect location. Rooftop bar perfect! Excellent breakfast.

There are a few negative reviews left for this hotel over the years. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. The few bad reviews in no way reflected our experience at all.

Excelente location, lose to everything, 20 min to the colosseum, 15 min to Vatican City by foot, right in front of piazza navona, 10 min to the trevy fountain

Amazing location, walking distance to all major attractions.

I wish the heating system was better, the room got a bit cold.

Small reception, no lobby to drink a coffee or something else. Only one elevator, always too busy, occupied also from non residents who visited the terrace.Cold corridors.Small room with no view.Carpet in room smelly on one side. But it was removed immediately after our complain.

Everything! The room was comfortable and clean. Room was refreshed every day with clean towels. Breakfast was delicious and kept well stocked. All staff were extremely nice.

The room was very warm with no way to cool it (air conditioning disabled). It did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience nor did we feel the need to address it with staff.

Can't fault Eitch. We took a standard double room for our minimoon. It was a very spacious room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. We slept very well.Breakfast had a good selection of fresh food on the buffet. Staff were so friendly. The security on the door were very helpful and attentive. We loved the rooftop bar. A perfect location in a beautiful building.Thank you Eitch for making our minimoon special.

We loved everything about this hotel.

The room was a lovely size, really clean and had a modern but classic style. Bed was really comfy overall the room was faultless. Amazing location just on the piazza navona.

The breakfast was limited however it was nice and fresh. But this may be due to visiting during the off season i’m not sure.

Absolutely will be back. Christiano was amazing from beginning to end, always responsive to my emails prior to check in and recommendations of restaurants near by a plus. The location is incredible, walking to all major attractions and enjoying the picturesque cobblestone streets with cafes and sores was a delight. and all the staff friendly. The rooms were excellent and spacious, the suite with the view was a pleasure to overlook at Piazza Navona but the Spa Suite was out of this world :) Love Love Love all of it, a Must stay in Rome!

No workout facility Only recommendation would be in the spa suits put anti-slip on the Bathroom floors are extremely slippery after getting out of shower or hot tub

We were initially assigned a small room, but moved to a much more appropriate room, with enough closet space. The elevator was slow so we walked up most of the time but the history of the building and it's location made up for it.

The hot water ran out. They explained it's due to the electrical heater. We made due.

Beautiful building and well appointed guest room. A rooftop bar was amazing as was breakfast and the two meals that we ate there. I highly recommend.

I loved the decor, location and staff. The breakfast was good. The beds were outstandingly comfortable! I just loved looking up at the painted ceilings everyday! Beautiful. The lighting in the room was fabulous and user friendly. I felt safe in the neighborhood and the doorman knew everyone that belonged in the hotel. This property would be an 9.0... Excellent .....but for the outside noise.

The noise was horrible. The traffic noise was always noticeable but every morning between 5 and 7 the cans and bottles were picked up and the sound was deafening. I don't love a hotel without a large lobby ( this has none) but if you want to come and go incognito, this is your place.... just get earplugs!.

Fantastic location. Close to the Piazza Novona and easy walk to the Pantheon. Heaps of restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself is lovely. Very nice and friendly staff and the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Rome. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was average / flies around the pastries and any uncovered foodCoffee was in a flask type dispenser, proper coffee had to be ordered and was extra charge.

The staff were exceptional in every aspect of service and accommodation. Stefano, Manuel, Luigi & Dragos (forgive the spelling guys) as well as the porters (who's names I regret not knowing) were as professional, kind and knowledgable as any hotel staff we have ever encountered.

Minor issue of noise above our room and the lack of a dresser to unpack. Now we know which room to book for our return trips!
