- Location, balcony, stuff
- Friendly staff. The hotel is easy to find on Google Maps. There is an elevator in the building. The bedding and towels were clean. The room and surrounding area are quiet. The windows face the inner courtyard, which is also quiet. You can leave your belongings in storage, it’s free.
Cons -
- Noise, from radiators, other people smoking corridor and smell comes in to the room
- Room was a little bit cold.
- Hot water in the shower is only available for 10-15 minutes and then it turns cold. This is a significant drawback, and since it's no longer summer, it's dangerous. The hotel has a strange layout; if you follow the stairs, you can get lost and end up somewhere else. A lot of dust even in visible places (e.g., on switches).Instead of a bedside table, I had a refrigerator. Maybe for some people that would be a plus. The bed creaked.

Nothing but the location
The building was the oldest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I am a very frequent traveler. My room (38 on the 5th floor) was very small, very old, and veeeeeery smelly. The bidet in the toilet released the most horrific sewage pong, almost toxic! i had to put towels on it to stop the smell from coming out! We paid £238 (2 rooms) for one night. This price does not reflect our experience at all. I would have paid £30 per room at the most, if I was paying the price it deserves.I would never go to this hotel if I were you and I will never go back! I would give it a 0 if I could but it is not possible so it is a 1!
Hot shower. Close to the train station.
Tiny rooms. A bit grimy. There is a mini fridge but no cups, plates, cutlery etc. Staff were initially unfriendly.
3 minute walk to train station, 20 minute walk to major attractions.
Old building, awkward size bathroom.
I've been here before. Just a short walk from Termini train station. Not in the run-down and shabby parts around Termini. Really nice staff. The room hade everything I need for a comfortable stay in Rome. It's not luxurious in any way, but I don't need this to be satisfied.
Great location, kind, helpful and cheerful host
Ran out of hot water, facilities showing their age.
Wife goodIt’s time to replace and refresh the furniture. But everything was clean, which was the most important thing, and the location was convenient.
The hotel is not bad; it’s fine if you’re staying for a short time.Only the hair dryer was very old and weak. Also, the third person couldn’t take a shower because the water turned cold.
The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and provided great tourist information. The hotel was well located and wasn’t too much of a walk to get to the main attractions. It was clean, comfortable and air conditioning was provided within the room.
Fit for purpose. Location was good, about 15-20 mins into central areas. Breakfast offered was nice
Location is great, 5 minutes walk from Termini. air conditioning worked well
It is super basic, very small and old
Close to the train station , friendly staff
Small rooms , broken bed
First the location, very close to restaurants and the Train station Roma Termini. Included decent breakfast. The staff was friendly
The room key was attached to a heavy metal stand, and next day morning of our stay, we informed the receptionist we were heading to the airport and will return to the hotel at night, no specific instructions were given and didn’t ask us to return our key. At airport security, the metal stand was taken from us, and the hotel later charged us €40 without prior warning. This unexpected charge at the last minute made our stay less comfortable. Clearer instructions about key handling—especially for guests catching a flight—would be very helpful. I found the room was small for a family and has one double bed only.
Close to Roma Termini, reasonably priced. Staff were nice. Lots of food options nearby. Would I stay here again? Definitely!
The lift is a little slow. Room was a little dated. Could do with an update.
Grazie mille per Mr. Shakil, he gave us a free bonus breakfast for my family. He is such a nice and friendly person. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to station rome termini and 20mins to colloseum. We also can drop off our luggage after checkout till afternoon for free.Very worth it for the prize.
The room looks old style, bed cover and curtain, the beds mattras not so comfortable but clean. Glad there is a lift but its very slow. Over all acceptable
Air cindirion was good, the staff was helpfull
The elevator was too old and it seems was not safe.
The location is great, all the main attractions are 15-30 minutes away, the staff are super friendly - Frencesco was super helpful and had great tips about the city, rooms are generally clean but may be some improvements can be done in that point.
Location was decent as it was close to Roma Termini station as well as a delicious restaurant right down the way.
The beds were hard as if sleeping on the ground. Pillows were flat. There was a lot of hair in each bed that wasn’t ours. The room was dingy and not worth the price. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
The rooms were basic but clean. A perfect location for a base for us to walk around Rome and enjoy all its wonders.
No kettle in the room for making drinks (they may have supplied one if we asked) and no instructions for using the safe.
