Location was excellent. The interior of the hotel is beautiful. We loved that they had a cigar lounge as my husband is a lover of cigars. The staff was exceptional and the room we had was gorgeous .

The balcony looks over a courtyard and directly into other properties.

What a delightful experience from check in (your choice of caffe, prosecco or?) to check out! Perfect location on a quiet side street convenient to Campo de' Fiori, the river & Piazza Navona. Gracious & attentive staff curated restaurant reservations for authentic Roman food experiences, made perfect wine selections & so much more. The "continental breakfast" was unlike any we've encountered ... takes an extra side table just to hold all the goodies! Highly recommend!

The service was outstanding. Dan went above and beyond to assist us with all requests. The hotel upgraded our room with no charge. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations.

The only thing that I would change is the color (green/yellow with trees) of the walls in our suite. I didn't find the color of our room relaxing and calm. The environment in the restaurant was lovely.

An exceptional hotel in a superb location. We had the lovely suite no.8 with a great terrace. The room was spacious and well equipped, and a retro feel. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Hotel de’ Ricci! We had a comfortable and spacious room. The location was perfect, in a quaint little cobbled street near the river and within walking distance of all the major places we wanted to visit. The staff were wonderfully knowledgeable and we made full use of the bar.

Our experience was amazing beginning with a welcoming glass of prosecco after stepping through the front door.The staff arranged reservations for transportation and unforgettable dinners at special local places. We LOVED breakfast - who doesnt like cappuccino and pastry with fresh fruit, etc. It was a wonderful beginning to each day. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and loved coming back to a quiet, charming room. Hotel De Ricci made our stay in Rome unforgettable. Will happily return.

Perfect location. Close enough to all the major sites but far enough from the crowds. Lovely area full of great restaurants, cafes and nice boutiques. So easy to get around. The staff was super attentive and booked all my outings even though I was always last minute. Aperitivo at the hotel bar at the end of my day was one of my favorite things, amazing selection of wines and delicious bites, sultry music and impecable decor. They also offer a delicious breakfast. I will come to hotel de Ricci whenever I’m in Rome. Many thanks to all the staff ?

the hotel was beyond perfect, we were upgraded to a suite which was an unexpected extra bonus. Breakfast was extremely well taken care of, well presented and well served. Staff were professionals and overall the experience was unforgettable

Excellent location, close to the mostly tourist attractions, restaurants and shops,incredibly friendly atmosphere, responsive and always willing to help staff.Breakfast also was good enough.The bad and pillows were comfortable.

Honestly the best service we have had in our life. The staff here were so accomodating and went beyond expectations. Our son was checked into hospital while we were staying there and the staff truly cared for our situation and made us feel that nothing was too hard for them to accomodate. The room was also beautiful, large, clean and the drop down tv was great also. If I could give them 11/10 I would.

Location is very good, close to the Pantheon. Staff is exceptionally attentive. My room was huge with a terrific balcony. Breakfast was very good, served either in the room or in the bar. There is no formal dining room and the menu is somewhat limited, which was alright for me. The hotel did not seem very full, usually I was the only guest having breakfast. I can't say enough about the staff's attentiveness and readiness to oblige.

The price was a bit on the high side and may have been even lowered the following week.

The staff was so friendly and pleasant. The bed and shower were the best in Italy. Fantastic location.

The hotel was clean, absolutely beautiful with a unique decor. There was a cute bar where we got breakfast each morning, which was delicious! There was also a cigar lounge where I enjoyed after dinner cocktail while my husband enjoyed a cigar and drink pairing. The staff was the best part, I have never stayed at a hotel with staff as helpful and nice as they were. I actually missed them personally when we left. One of the best experiences I have ever had! Highly recommend!

The location is excellent. Everything of interest within walking distance. A small hotel with contemporary elegance.
