The reception staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The room felt slightly warm overnight, and the shower temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating.

Large comfortable bedroom, great shower, everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfasts, very friendly staff. Central location made it easy to walk everywhere.

The location was fantastic, a short walk from the Parthenon, Spanish steps and Fontana de Trevi. We had a great supper at the hotel restaurant the first night and also booked a transfer to and from the airport through the hotel. The room was lovely and quiet - the hotel is in a side street and we faced a wall but it was very quiet which is most important.

It's important to note that though there is a lift up to the 1st floor where we stayed, you still have to go up about 7 steep steps to the room, which would be a challenge if you are impaired in any way (and just kinda annoying after a long day touring).

The property was very centrally located and it was easy to walk to all the attractions.

The only thing I did not like was how hot it was. Thankfully the windows open! Also they do not have wash cloths for bathing.

I am really happy we found this quaint and charming little hotel. It really is perfectly located, being both central and away from crowds, and offers excellent room quality. The bistro downstairs is also a bonus.

The establishment has some "airbnb" vibes, with the reception in one place and then rooms in an entirely different building. We had a lot of luggage, there is no lift, and while the boy helped us on our way in, there was no one to help when we were checking out, and the receptionist was hardly interested in our departure.

The shower water faucet is not functioning properly. If set the water at middle - it spouts cold water , then medium heated water& then super scalding hot water & cycles & repeats all over again. Shower floor is super slippery-could fall easily & no handle bars

The location was excellent with everything within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel bistro was very good. Staff were very accommodating. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Nice to have fridge and kettle in the room. Complimentary tea coffee and water was a nice touch.

Room overlooked the street which was quite noisy overnight. Inevitable in a place such as Rome J guess.

Nice, small, freshly refurbished hotel. Everything is new and shiny.

Heating was done via AC unit that was not heating well, for me it was kinda cold in the room. But nothing critical.

Highly recommended hotel in Rome!We had a great stay. The hotel is spotless and very cozy ,rooms are cleaned every morning with a fresh and pleasant scent. Our room was spacious and comfortable.The staff truly made the difference: Melissa and Matthew at reception were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast team was wonderful. We had an early flight and they prepared us a takeaway breakfast.Great location, great value, excellent cleanliness, and an amazing team. Highly recommended!

Exceptional stay!I spent an amazing 6-night stay here. Everything was excellent: the reception staff were extremely kind and professional, the room was impeccably clean, and the restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast was very rich and varied, and we also had the pleasure of having dinner there. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Cozy, beautiful apartment. Centrally located, close to attractions and the metro. Clean, daily housekeeping, and wonderful, polite staff.

The location (super central and quiet) the comfort, the quality of service (all staff were super kind and helpful), excellent breakfast as well.
