    Cons -

    • Our room didn't look like the pictures. It had a faint smell of smoke, and the tile they used in the bathroom made it look dirty. And the shower drain didn't drain very well.
    • Everything but location - we were put in ‘old’ rooms according to receptionist when we complained they were not as advertised on Booking.com - decor was from the 70s or earlier- furniture was mismatched and marked - there was a smell in one of the rooms and mould in the bathroom of the other. When we complained we were moved to ‘newer’ rooms for the second night which were an improvement however we were due to stay an additional night at the end of our trip to Italy but we cancelled and booked another hotel as would not return to the Agora and ruin the last night of our stay.
    • Under construction hard to open door and put luggage through . No help at front door with luggage

The location is really good in relation to Termini station

Sheets were dirty and plungeant smell and the walls are really thin so you can hear everything from the next and upstairs room

The location is perfect, very near to central train station, restaurants and cafes, you can go anywhere you want.

The staffs are not friendly, not wearing a smile, due to multitasking, they are very busy and doing all the jobs. The rooms are fairly clean however there is bad smells inside the room its like a dead rat. You can put air freshener. The staffs need hospitality training to smile to their customer, and friendly.

    Very good amd comfortable location

Hotel was very unclean with room having a really bad smell coming from the bathroom sink. As soon as you enter the hotel you are welcomed with rubbish bins in the doorway with the bed and pillows being especially uncomfortable. Only redeeming thing is the hotel's location

    Staff is not cooperative

Staff at office checkin is very rude not cooperative if you have any rule then specify this on website not on walls of your hotel if somebody is coming far from not only to look rules at your hotel walls . This will be a problematic for others so please mention clearly on your website or page related to documents

Room was oh, no noise or disturbance. Slept ok.

    Mattresses could be improved.

Just outside of the train station and although it’s not the best neighborhood it was quiet and safe. Very clean with everything you need really close. There is a bar/ coffee place right outside. A supermarket and pharmacy and of course Rome termini station with all the shops and restaurants.

I needed an overnight stay near the railway station. This hotel was literally across the road and reasonably priced. Clean room, quiet and ideally placed for onward travel.

    Location

The price is 72+6+78 baht. It is expensive for one night stay. Moreover, there was no water to drink or a kettle in the room. The location is not bad. It is close to the train station. The staff was not bad either. But the room was not comfortable. It is okay to stay for one night

    6RobertaPosted on: 12-5-2025

Location was just by the main train station which was an easy and inexpensive way to get to the airport. Several restaurants were in walking distance

There were some homeless people frequentlng the area

I read the reviews and took a gamble with this hotel. I got a newly renovated room, everything was spotless and clean. Convenient outlets, comfy mattress, quiet room, everything was ok.

The elevator was for one person and one piece of luggage, but I was arriving late and leaving very early, didn't have any problems with that.

Cosy room. One guy was very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast

The walls need paint. They should get their staff t ined in English. Gangsters who hang out outside should be addressed. Lift and front area very untidy

    5AndrePosted on: 11-18-2025

Good location , close to train station

Disappointed. Broken toilet seat, no toilet paper, broken and leaking tap, dirty floors, bad smells in the room and passage. Noise from the busy road below, windows did not block the noises. I expected more from a 3 star hotel. Be careful when considering this hotel. The only plus is the location

    1EmilyPosted on: 11-16-2025

    Only the location

It was disgusting. The bathroom was very dirty with mold and the bedsheets had blood from previous visitors. We left them in the floor to make it clear that they need to be changed but the cleaner store them again and did not change them.

    7Jems31Posted on: 11-13-2025

Location in front of the station, the size of the room was comfortable and bathroom had towels and shower gel

Breakfast not included, decorations a bit kitch and bathroom a bit dark
