Everything was great.Close to Vatican. Clean, quaint room and hospitable staff. Great breakfast. Made you feel at home. Helped us sort out ride to port as there was a marathon and the city was a mess. went out of their way.

We really liked the hotel's location. It was centrally located near Rome's top sites. Also, we were pleased with how clean & modern our room was. The staff was great too! They happily answed all our questions & made a delicious breakfast!

The noise from the street and other rooms is quite loud. Take air plugs if you are more sensitive to noise

We visited Rome in January. The room was very clean and warm. I clearly remember that when we arrived and entered the hotel/guesthouse, the place already smelled of cleanliness, starting from the reception area.The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Lucia, who welcomed us and whom we interacted with most of the days since she was on the morning shift. She was extremely kind, sweet, and helpful. Upon our arrival, she provided us with a very informative map highlighting the main attractions of Rome and gave us clear instructions on how to get around the city.Breakfast was quite satisfactory, offering basic sweet and savory options.The property is located in the Prati area, within walking distance of the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Castel Sant’Angelo. You can also easily walk to the other side of the river and reach the city center and most of the main attractions. We mainly moved around on foot, but Lucia also explained how to use public transportation if needed.There are very nice restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as a supermarket right across the street. Finally, the property is just a few meters away from the bus stop for the airport (Sit Bus Shuttle).

Internet connection is SO BAD! Maybe it was because we stayed at the room downstairs. Wi fi rarely worked, our cellular data didnt work properly either. For GEN Z people be careful about that :) They should fix this

Great small family like hotel closed to restaurants and the Vatican, our attendant Francesca was excellent. She prepares a really a good breakfast every morning. Great customer service.

Great location! Fairly easy to get around and close to Vatican. Big thank you to the kitchen and cleaning staff! Lovely and very careful.

Excellent location, both for walking to main sites, especially St Peter’s/ Vatican (less than 15 mins) and for bus routes/bus stops, including the Terravision bus to/from the airport - stops were 5 mins walk. Fridge in room with complimentary water and soft drinks. Very reasonable cost on the wines and beers. Excellent breakfast. Expected just continental but also had eggs/bacon/sausage and lovely pastries/cakes. Catered for everyone.Lucia, in reception and the cook was an absolute delight and we felt very well looked after. Would definitely choose to stay here again an will recommend it to family and friends.

Bed was lovely and big but personal taste would have preferred it slightly Softer.As it’s an hotel within a large block of what looks like apartments from the outside, the entrance isn’t obvious. No big Domus Terenzio sign. Just look for the number and then the names against the buzzers.

Location was perfectly central in Rome, the room was looked after, clean and tidy. Modern style.

Close to Vatican. Nice area Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with delicious cakes and cappuccino made for you. Laundry service available. Grocery store right across the street if you need anything. Farmacia nearby.

The place is close to Vatican, 10 minutes away. The street around the hotel is nice, not much people thus quiet, good restaurants around, shops... Pharmacy and shop is like 3 minutes away from hotel. The staff there are wonderful, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, with good coffee, cakes, vegetables and other variety of food. We will definitely come again. Thanks!

The location is excellent. Price of the hotel is reasonable. The staff serve with smiles. Really feel comfortable with this hotel and will definitely come back again.

The rooms are right next to the reception and the entrance, so there's a lot of noise in the morning. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Very central for St Peter‘s and Vatican museums, plenty of public transport nearby, very clean and well-equipped. Nice breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff, little terrace to sit outside in the evenings

The stay was nice & quiet...!! The staff, most especially Luccia, was extremely helpful. She made us feel so at home. Francesca helped me get my husband's jacket ironed as we were rushing to an event the day we arrived. I would gladly go back!!!
