Proximity to the Termini station Has a bar fridge (nice to be able to have a light breakfast in the room or have a ?cold one? after a long day Decent sized shower

Very old pillows (~2? thick) and equally old bedspread. The rest of the room was very fine.

Close to Roma Termini station.

Washroom smelled, the floor was dirty and dusty, other units were loud. Soap dispenser was half broken and mold in bathroom.

Great location near the train station. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Close to railway station

It is very close to some great attractions and restaurants. The room was very good and the owner Pompeo great.

It is near everything, easy to locate, it is very clean and the receptionist are very friendly and courteous.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location was great and really easy to find. The building is beautiful.

Our only complain is that the water pressure in the shower was really low.

Everything was excellent, clean, in city center, safe part, warm, easy check in at every time, good restaurant all around.

Wifi signal needs to be stronger. The signal was weak.

The location was great: most places are at a walkable distance, and it is close enough to the train station but in a safer area. The staff was also very nice and allowed late check-in.

Two main issues: First, after 5 minutes showering the water would be cold, so in order to avoid this we needed to be constantly turning it on and off so we wouldnt run out of hot water. Second, our room was right by the shared bathroom and main entrance which meant we would wake up with either loud people getting in and out of the apartment or we with the coffee machine working at 7am.

Everything about this stay was exactly what you would expect in the best way. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the amenities matched the price, and the location was great. I saw a few reviews commenting on the safety of the area, but I never felt unsafe or felt like I needed to take any extra measures beyond what I would normally do in a new city.

The wifi was incredibly inconsistent/weak and didn't work altogether at times. We were not in our room much so this was not a major issue, but it was disappointing at times.

Nice , clean hotel. Perfect for 3 days visit Rome. Very close to rail/subway station like 5 min walk.. It does Not have breakfast . If you came to Rome as s tourist you are going to leave your room before 7.30 am anyway to visit all attraction . There is a kettle and a caps in the room and you can prepare coffee or tea for your self . There is a fridge so you can store some food for yourself. There is a table and microwave and utensils in the hallway so you can warm up some food if you need.I think it is perfect for budget visit for few days.

Everything was perfect , exempt later on , I found out I was charged for extra room which I canceled before. I did know know it was not canceled by hotel or booking.com . I was in the hotel for 3 days and nobody told me I have another room booked and they charge me for it without telling me about double-booking.Now I am trying to get refund for it and so far I cannot see any help from hotel. I am very upset about it. So be very careful about cancelation.
