The staff went so far out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They helped with the proper train to and from the airport and great places for quick and fine dining. They all spoke English and went out of their way with luggage and service

Should add some coil out in the rooms, art for instance. Like most of rome.

i loved the location, the room, the bed, everything! nicole was SO helpful in providing local recommendations and scheduling me a taxi for the airport. i felt right at home, and will absolutely stay here next time i’m in rome!

I was in the first room off the lobby. Abot of noise when others go in and out. But for the one night it was fine.

The staff is incredible. They proactively reach you to explain everything and during your stay they make sure you are enjoying your stay. The location is excellent, close to many touristic places and well connected by public transport

Location was great. Within walking difference to most of the sights we wanted to see. Customer service was top notch!

The only issue was the shower. Extremely small and hard to move around in, but it was a minimal problem and would not stop me from staying again.

Pictures online did not reflect reality. Room was very small, difficult to move around, run down, uncomfortable and definitely not worth the price.

great staff very friendly and helpfull, great location walking distance to major attractions. very clean and comfortable beds. when coming back to Rome we will definately stay here again.24 hour free access to the coffee,juice and snack bar was also convenient also

It was very clean and supplied well. The staff was quite helpful and friendly.

The shower size was somewhat small. There were no wash cloths, even though the towels were good.

Comfortable bed, hot shower, everything was clean, nice amenities and complementary coffee bar. Could do everything by foot and the area feels safe to come back late evening. Service is outstanding, caring and kind. I really hope they maintain this level of costumer care throughout years, because it was taking our whole stay to the next level.

I stayed in Rome for 5 nights and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location was very central, close to the main attractions in the city. Fabiana, the receptionist, was always available and attentive from the very first day, making sure every need was taken care of. She was also very thoughtful in keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. Her kindness and dedication made my experience even more special.

Amazing location — easy to walk everywhere or take the metro. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my time here!

Sabina and Fabiana were so helpful! The communication through WhatsApp helped us prepare before we arrived, and they filled out the necessary documents and arranged a taxi for us, making our stay nice and easy.

The light in the bathroom was too bright for my liking. Another smaller/weaker light would have been nice.

I wish I could rate this property more than 10. I had a 5-week Europe trip, and this was by far my favourite stay of my entire trip. Not only did the staff make me feel extremely welcome, but they were incredible helpful, sending maps of things to do and good breakfast spots in the surrounding area. They also go out of their way to make it a smooth and comfortable stay- even offering to keep my luggage if I needed to keep them somewhere before my train out of Rome. I will DEFINITELY return and I will tell all my friends to stay here. The AC, clean room and fridge with free juices and coffee added to an unforgetable experience. Thank you so much! You are all amazing.

Very good location, Staff was very helpful

It is not actually a Hotel. It is like a small apartment. Mainly for students I would say. The price does not reflect its value. It is highly priced just because of location.
