Location and staff

The room was tiny for the price we paid. you could barely get around the bed to get to the bathroom. There was a sewer smell in the hall as you enter the room.

A wonderful small and personal hotel with an unbeatable location. The service is outstanding – warm, attentive and genuinely caring. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with everything you need, and the breakfast is excellent with high-quality choices. The restaurant is both exciting and great value for money. A truly memorable stay that we would happily return to.

Wonderful location, close to high-end shopping and restaurants. Loved the neighborhood guide book we received at check in. Restaurant/bar on premise had an excellent breakfast. Room was very large and was decorated beautifully.

When i came to hotel they was cancelled my booking and they said we were no connection with booking services so we sorry stay another hotel

We arrived at 2 PM and were asked to wait until 3 PM for check-in. When we came back at 3 PM, the room was still not ready and we were asked to wait another 30 minutes.On our checkout day, we received several calls before 12 PM asking us to check out, without any consideration of the delay we faced during check-in.Additionally, the checkout bill was incorrect.

The location was excellent. Near to the Spanish Steps, 2 metro lines and shopping area of Rome yet far enough away to steer clear of the crowds. Suites were beautiful and large for Rome. Attention to detail everywhere you turn.

The porter service needs to be improved.

The hotel is beautiful and the materials in the rooms of extremely high quality. The suite we had was spacious and luxurious and half the price of the other hotels we considered. Location is perfect. I stay in some of the best hotels in the world with work and pleasure and this exceeded all my expectations.

Great decor, felt like home. Everything was amazing

The room we took (104) is a great room but there is a staff room right next to our door. We kept hearing them talking and closing and opening the door. A little noisy during the evening but at midnight everything was quiet and good

Honestly would stay at this hotel a million times over. I loved the location, good walking distance to all the stores and Spanish steps. I also think it was manageable to walk to all the main attractions. The little guide book that the owner made for recommendations was so lovely! And the room was perfect! The restaurant was also great, one of my favourite dinners of our whole trip. The carbonara is amazing!

Location, decor, comfort, food

Breakfast was perfect. Amazing high quality selection of cold meats and savory items, plenty of pastries, excellent eggs and coffee as well as juices and of course Prosecco!

Having to check out, we wish we could have stayed longer. It is in a perfect location to walk to most attractions and has a couple of fantastic restaurants (apart from the hotel) within a one minute walk.

Room service was prompt and the cuisine, both in-room and at the on-site restaurant, was world-class, showcasing both creativity and quality.Overall, the flawless service, exquisite accommodations, and attention to detail created a truly memorable experience. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
