The bedrooms don’t really match up to the public spaces. Our room also had two sets of steps inside it which we kept forgetting about at night when visiting the shower room !

From the moment we arrived we were treated so well by the staff at reception. They were very friendly and professional. Took the time to talk to us before showing us around the hotel and explaining where everything was before taking us to our lovely room.The decor and cleanliness were second to none .The location was perfect to go exploring Rome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

It had a spa….but my 50 minute massage wasn’t even 45 minutes. Staff is lovely.

Food very average. Rooms very average but they do have bathtubs which is great.

Staff kindness is unpayable .Room size and bed were perfect. Breakfast very nice. Location top. Overall, very well priced vs. similar central options. .

Only one item, I think it should be clearer that the SPA entrance is for payment (EUR50 pp which i think is steep)

A stunning hotel, off the beaten track, beautiful interior and exceptional staff. The swimming pool is a luxurious salt water and the spa, bar and gardens are such a treat.

When you sit in the garden/pool there is street noice. It was not too disturbing for us, you are after all in the middle of the city. We sat out there a lot.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The room was just as described, made up and cleaned daily, and the garden and restaurant area are stunning. The staff were very friendly, particularly the restaurant staff at breakfast who made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant one night and it was absolutely delicious. Whilst the hotel isn’t in the main tourist areas, we knew this and were delighted by the local restaurants on offer and its proximity to the Metro station.

The hotel is surrounded by very busy roads, which does make enjoyment of the outside spaces difficult. We also had to clean our shower heads ourselves as they were so chalked up water wasn’t coming out all of the holes. We also opted to pay for the hotels own expensive transfer from the airport - however the driver was extremely fast and erratic, and dumped us out on the pavement outside the hotel and we had to go and find the concierge ourselves to bring our bags in. In the future I would book my own private transfer.

Staff are very nice. Check in and check out was easy.

Even though this a five star hotel! But they charge extra to use the sauna and jacuzzi. The bathtub in the room had issues. The drain in the bathtub was stocked! The coffee maker in the room was leaking water into the table. This is all very below 5 star status. and wardrobe door in the room was cracked! I understand this is a difficult economy, but they need to spend money in maintaining the hotel, if you charge for 5 star service then you need to provide it.

Very nice opulent yet homy palace, well located and beautifully designed. Comfortable rooms and great old fashioned toilets. Pacifico is a good restaurant, particularly at night and by the pool. Breakfast also good and attentive service. Spa has been renewed and treatments were of good quality.

Touch noisy because there are some works around and traffic is horrible, but its rome!

A beautiful property in a great location so we could walk everywhere and there was also a train station close by. Our room was excellent and we had a balcony which was a bonus. The pool and surrounding bar and restaurant was also very stylish and we had an excellent dinner at the restaurant one night. We would definitely go back.

Attentive staff in a very clean beautiful hotel with a comfy bed.
