Pros +
- Could leave luggage there even outside check-in and checkout times. Trastevere train station was near.
- The cleaning and the location
- I just like the nice people I met in my room.
Cons -
- Got put into wrong room. In mixed gender room, the bathroom has clean glass showers so women couldn't shower when guys would burst in. Toilets didn't have locks, women had to change their clothes in there. Beds didn't have plugs nearby, no lockers for all
- Noises
- My bed was place next to the toilet, which I dont mind if there toilet doesn’t stink. I stayed here from 31st of December until 3rd of January. When I arrived I asked the receptionist that time if there is a available bed or room that night and she said its all fully booked and I asked again if there is available for tomorrow and she said its full the whole week. When I checked it via booking.com I saw a lot of vacant rooms available. Hahaha She must not lie to their guest as some of them are working also in the hotel and I know stuff. I asked the receptionist the next day and she said she can change my bed for the rest of my stay. I dont know her name but thanks!Lastly, someone forgot there pantyliner on the shower area and I told the receptionist when I arrived about that but until now that I already checked out its still there. Hahaha The toilet is sooo old and smelly. I saw a lot of review about this but they still dont do anything.

Staff: Henrique, Nico, Kate and all the people working there were friendly and kind.Location is good.
Heating system needs to be fixed. Free coffee and guest kitchen would be great to have. Bathrooms are better have soap.
The staff is amazing, location is good, clean
It was only night stay so i can't judge
Good value for your money, big rooms , comfy beds for a hostel
The bathroom windows were open and it was freezing. You could not close them you needed a remote control.
Great location good value for your money, rooms are big and it's not too crowded, beds are pretty comfortable for being a Hostel. It's clean. I was staying in a room with direct access to the bathroom. Also there is really a nice working space common area. Staff is friendly.
Just one thing. Our room's bathroom windows were open and it was really cold. One of the staff was really helpful and he tried to close them but you needed a remote control to do that so he couldn't do it. I asked in the morning again to close them they said they would tell the cleaning people. I asked directly to the cleaning people. They said they were going to do it but they didn't. For three days our room's bathroom was ice cold. I ended up taking a shower in another bathroom down the hallway . Eventually after three days they closed one of the windows. Everything else was fine.
Location
staff, room needs serious refurbishing, even the lockers were so bad!
The property itself is in a nice location and has a lot of potential
No locks on the bathroom doors, cracked mirrors, mean staff, you have to PAY to use the kitchen??? Wtf? I’ve stayed in over 100 hostels and not a single one of them required me to pay to use the kitchen. There is also only ONE garbage can in the entire building… WHY!? It’s just poorly ran overall.
Good location
The bathrooms were very dirty, there was no trash can, and the shower was very uncomfortable.
Location was perfect! Close to everything in Trastevere and a very reasonable walk into all the sites in Rome. The staff were nice and the room was clean when I first got in there
It was very loud. Could hear people partying and talking till 6am right outside my window. Room quickly became disgusting due to the other young travellers who had little to no respect for noise right through till 6am. I had zero sleep. Was not a comfortable place to relax. Ended up spending the whole day and night in town till 11pm so I didn’t have to be at the Hostel.
I liked the dorm room with the balcony and in-suite bathroom. The fact that there were singles were nice! And the curtains were very room darkening.
I didn't like the lack of outlets near the bed. I didn't like that the bathroom ran out of toilet paper by morning. I didn't like the lack of storage space or lockers in the room.I deeply disliked the kitchen, it was without a doubt the worst hostel kitchen I've ever used. First off, they charge you to use it. Then they block off more than 50% of cabinets for staff use only, don't have the proper tools to cook (they only had 1 pan that could be used on the stove), and perhaps in spite of the fact that they charge for use, it gets quite dirty.
Good location, near to the Rome Trastevere station
In my case, the room where I stayed in the ground floor is near to the street, and is very noisy and the cars lights were very annoying
Good location
Extremely dirty, toilets didn’t have locks, bathrooms super dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke, bedroom was note cleaned and smelled like mildew and body odor, the lobby was also extremely dirty and smelly. Check-in took 1 hr.. unbelievable. Long lines to even talk to front desk and when I finally did they sent me to a bed that wasn’t made & still had dirty sheets.Seems like the owner doesn’t hire anyone to clean the facilities at all and doesn’t care about feedback. Truly horrible experience wouldn’t never go back or recommend to anyone ever
Good staff and clean. The shared room was good.
The beds don’t have plug for the Phone but after that all good.
The receptionist was very helpful and courteous. My room was very nice. Very close to a good casual restaurant featuring Roman cuisine
Everything was fine. I didn’t realize that it isn’t a traditional hotel so it wasn’t what I was expecting but it was comfortable
The decoration was nice and it was clean. The room was very neat and cozy. The ac was at a perfect temperature. My room mates were chill and respectful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The other people around were mostly young adults and seemed chill. The location is good, it’s close to the main attractions. You can walk straight or take the train so you’ll get there pretty quickly.
The shower was a little broken and I saw a cockroach downstairs by the storage room but other than that everything seemed fine
super clean rooms, great space, not those small crowded small rooms, was pleasantly surprised.
The showers were a bit tricky to figure out.
Room was not what we saw in the photos and was not clean, hair dryer never worked, tiny shower area.
I liked everything..clean and excellent location
Maybe the fact that you have to pay 10 Euro for using the kitchen otherwise everything is good .. and also they ask for taxes for period of staying and it was not mentioned but it's ok for me . Because I loved the place.
