Vanity Navona

The location was great and the bedroom was spacious.

The bathroom was pretty dirty and the shower had a lot of mold in it. The entire place also had a bad smell to it. It smelled very musty and bad.

Excellent location in Piazza Navona for all major sites, clean room, very comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff, room was a little tight and shower very small but met our needs. Great value and Would definitely recommend.

The lady at the hotel front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.We liked it that you don’t need keys to get into the building and the room. You can open the doors with your phone. The location was excellent .

The water pressure in the shower was very weak.We had to keep the window open because the AC was in winter mode and it was hot in the room , but the street is rather noisy.

The hotel was within walking distance from almost every main stop, which allowed us to return to the room easily and take short breaks during the hot days in Rome. The room was clean and serviced daily. I would definitely consider staying here again. The staff were also very attentive – even though we arrived very late for check-in, the receptionist kept in touch and made sure everything went smoothly.

The only thing I wish was different is the balcony – don’t expect a view, I would have loved it if it had a nicer scenery.

- Unfortunately, the A/C broke after our first night's stay. (We didn't even notice - the hotel staff did while we were out.) Consequently, we were asked to interrupt our sightseeing in the middle of the day to go back to the property and switch rooms. This was the only inconvenient experience I would note.- The new room had great A/C for the rest of the stay, but was also a lot smaller than our initial room.

Property is in a great location, very clean and staff were kind. The location is close to many attractions.

Great staff, really large and comfortable room. Great location to see Pantheon, Vatican, Trevi fountain, Castle Sant’Angelo. Slightly far from Colosseum, but still walkable. Castle Sant’Angelo is about 5 min walk. There are restaurants by the river from where you can see the Castle lit up at night. These restaurants are less than 5 mins from the hotel. Taxi stand is less than 5 mins. Bus stop is less than a min.

Didn’t bother us, but the main entrance door opens right onto the side walk. Everything else this place offers dwarfs this aspect.

The air conditioner was amazing. Room and the bathroom were clean. The building was very quiet, although our window was facing the street.

When using the shower, if keeping the water running, water will not discharge easily from the drain, so we had to shut it off during the shower to help the drainage.

The staff was very helpful and managed our luggage as we arrived earlier than our designated check-in time. The building was quiet overall and relaxed. It was easy to get to things in Rome from our hotel by walking.

The room and bathroom are both smaller than the other rooms we stayed in for our Italy trip. To get into the hotel, you enter through large doors and then walk up the stairs. There is also a lift, but it is smaller if you have a lot of luggage. If it was after hours, then three doors needed to be unlocked with a key or the app (the front entrance, the entrance to the hotel, and the entrance to the room). We needed to order a cab to the train station, but the hotel would only accommodate taxi bookings back to the airport.

We loved the location of the hotel. Near the wonderful Plaza Navona. Walking distance to all the mayor attractions. Staff was VERY HELPFUL.

The only minor thing is that the floor were not as clean.

The room was a good size, the bathroom was clean and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We were arriving past the check in time of 8pm but they contacted us in advance to make preparations for our arrival and the receptionist waited for us to arrive at 10pm.

All was good. This is just 2 stars hotel, but probably because not having breakfast- but there are so many options to get the breakfast in Rome! Location, rom size, all the amenities like in 4 star hotel!

the price is not cheap. but the room was bigger then you can find usually in Rome.
