- Located just by the Roma Termini, a center hub to go to everywhere
- The welcoming was so nice and the location is the best
Cons -
- The street was noisy, traffic, I guess because it was walking distance from the busy train station
- The elevator is very tiny, It won't fit even a larger luggage. I always take my carryon with stairs.
- The place is not clean and not comfortable, I didn't advice any one to go there

Very good location, walking distance from Termini
Dirty, terrible bed, mould, small bathroom
Location very near the rain station TerminiNear many quality restaurants
A bit noisy
Proximity to Roma Termini, room size was big.
Bed mattress requires replacement.
Close to the train station. Everything was just as described. Quiet and with a clean bed.
There was no breakfast available. The bathroom was not presentable. We did not use it ! There was no hot water and the tap at the sink leaked .
One minute walk to the train/bus station. Toiletries provided.
The room with private bathroom had bubbling/peeling paint in bathtub. No shower, but did have shower spray handle. Couldn’t take a bath in the bathtub, but also couldn’t shower without having to hold the handle the entire time and no shower curtain. WiFi was offered for free but the password in room did not work. Huge step down out of bathroom and almost slipped after a shower which could’ve turned out pretty badly. Could feel bottom of mattress foundation if a lot of pressure was applied.
We stayed at the hotel for one night and checked in around 3 a.m., but they didn’t charge us for the late check-in, which is rare in Rome since most hotels do. The reception is open 24 hours, and the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the central train station. They also kept our luggage after check-out until the evening without any extra charge. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
It was mostly clean except the toilet was not clean and it seemed it was clogged. Also there wasnot any detergent for neither bathroom and no toilet. It would be better if there was atleast a slipper and dryer aswell.
Good value for the money. Exceptionally attentive staff. Although budget accommodation, it feels welcoming.
It might get noisy at night due to proximity to the station. Street noise is expected at this location.
The service was very nice, the staff helpful when we asked for specific things
The room was relatively small for 4 people, the bathroom was REALLY small, the shelf in the bathroom was not straight and everything kept falling off
Spacious room, very friendly manager and staff. Clean and the hall always smelled good. We got air conditioning, very nice. The location is god tier, 1 minute away from Termini, shop downstairs for any beverage.
Someone screamed at 2am one day and we shit our pants but its not their fault
I like the location of the hotel,i met all the requirements, the staffs are kind and ready to help, the enviroment is cool,i will suggest another time, thanks
Where i was require a bit of paintig otherwise its good.
Location
The bath smelled really bad, the beds were uncomfortable, the place was old and felt unattended Stay only for 1 or 2 nights, the location is great tho, make sure you ask for private bathroom
The hotel is strategically located right next to the train station with quick access to hop-on, hop-off buses and shops, but it needs a very serious renovation. The staff was very kind, moving us to a quiet room (not on the main street), where the noise was terrible, the first night it was impossible to sleep.Breakfast is coffee and a croissant from a café near the hotel. They were good.
The airconditions are very old and very noisy! The filter was so dirty that black soot was falling on my head from it.
Friendly staff, flexible in case of delay and early check in
Mattresses is one room
Excellent location, very near to train station connecting to airport, and to many metros and buses. So many restaurants, cafes and shops next door. Big room, very friendly staffs.Great value for money.
Bad
The whole place needs a complete renovation. Not even a cup in the bedroom. I reported the plug wouldn't stay in the sink which was ignored by reception.I'm surprised I haven't got a verruca from the shower room. Filthy!!! Disgusting shower mat. Toilet stained. Bidet YUK full of mastic....This part of Rome does not sleep. I got no sleep most nights.AVOID
