The best thing was the location and the staff! The hotel is located in a comfortable area that was close to a lot of things. The staff was so helpful and friendly to help us with anything.

The room was as seen on the website and we had a great time in Rome, using the bath in the room after a long day of working was great, we even used the spa jets in the bath during the day when we had some time as it's quite loud, but that's expected with any bath with jets. The location was great and we would 100% book again if in Rome.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Location was great and the staff were very nice as well as the cleaning of the rooms very good. Bit didn’t think it was worth what we paid.

Breakfast was not worth it the eggs were like they were made from a powder and we never got anything with them like stated. Slippers were needed in the room but its not something they have. There was also a sewer smell lingering in the room.

terrible hotel and staff. unsafe to stay in. after checking in and paying in full we got a room that was impossible to stay in. the smell of fungus and mold in the rooms causes an allergic reaction. in the bathroom all the walls were covered in black mold. when we asked to change the room the hotel administrator started threatening and disrespecting us. we had to leave the hotel and look for a new one. never stay in this hotel it is dangerous for your health. I will file a complaint with the sanitation service to conduct an inspection and remove this terrible hotel from the booking listing.

It was in a very convenient location and the staff were super friendly.

The shower was really small, but everything else was comfortable.

Super comfortable bed. Excellent location. Loved that ours had its own porch. Thankful for the In room coffee maker. Breakfast included was amazing at the cafe next door!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer. That’s all.

The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as expected, which affected the quality of rest. On the second day, coffee capsules were not replenished, which would have been a nice detail to maintain consistency.Breakfast could also benefit from some refinement, as the selection felt limited and certain items, such as the croissants and vegetables, could have been fresher.Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful setting with great potential, and with a few adjustments in comfort and breakfast quality, it could provide an even more enjoyable experience.

Location is superb, nice a clean space, perfect for a sight seeing weekend.

Breakfast was average but we didn't go to Rome for breakfast.

Cozy little boutique. The hotel met our expectations in a very central location.. we arrived after the front desk was closed, but we’re left clear instructions through ‎WhatsApp, and the staff was extremely organized. Would recommend.

Loved the style/decor of the room and location.

Elevator wasn’t working; very difficult getting luggage upstairs. Please note that this elevator has not worked for years per previous reviews. Room was VERY small; really only good for 1 person. Hallways (walls and carpet) are in badly in need of repair/upgrading.

There are definitely some nice aspects to this hotel, the size of the room was good, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nicely designed, there was a smart TV in the room. I could tell that when the hotel was new the room was probably very nice, however it is starting to look like it needs a deep clean and a fresh lick of paint.

There was mould everywhere! All over the ceiling in the room and in the bathroom. The air-conditioning was covered in dust, the milk left in our room for tea and coffee was so expired it had gone solid. There were burn marks on the curtains from, I suspect, someone smoking and scuffs on the walls. Outside of the room the halls and reception were quite cramped. When we arrived it was after 5pm so there was nobody at reception, which I hadn't expected at the time of booking. This meant that it was difficult to get into the room. The windows in the room and bathrooms face into a square so if the curtains aren't closed people can see into your bathroom.

The location is great. Check in easy. Very cute and clean room. Overall super nice stay

Good location, plenty of great restaurants around, very quiet.We appreciate the terrace. The reception desk was very helpful.
