- Close to all the attractions. In the center of Rome. Clean, quiet, great breakfast. Very nice staff. We will stay there again next time.
- Hotel was excellent!! Great location, so many shops & restaurants within 30 second walk! Near the Pantheon & Trevi Fountain. I felt safe walking around the hotel & staying in the hotel! The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. AC is a plus!
Cons -
- We had one set of four keys with a metal ID tag for all in the room which was a bother to carry However, we did feel secure. When staff went off duty, front door was locked which was one of the keys. The elevator is small. We got used to that too.
- No, everything was awesome.
- They need to have a sign on the ground floor saying to go to the fourth floor.

The location is excellent. We could walk to all kinds of places. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We could see the Pantheon from our balcony.

The staff, the location, and the room were all AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even letting us check into our room 5 hours early!
I could see how it might be hard to find if you are not used to Italian hotels. That being said they do have some clear marking and they are worth the extra effort of looking for it!
