Clean room nice location.

I made payment for room through booking.com w/30$ city tax included. I had to pay 30$ city tax again at hotel. Went out all day hot weather and came in late evening hot and sweaty ready to shower and had no running water to clean up on our last night checking out. Disputed extra $30 city tax with both booking.com and hotel, what the hotel is telling B.com is different what is being told to me. I have Emails to prove this.

The location was great as it was close to Roma Termini. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

It would have been better if they provided some slippers, a kettle and a couple of coffee cups but all in all, it was a good short stay at the hotel. You get what you pay for.

I liked the location and the room, the bed was comfortable.

What I didn't like was that the lady at the front desk argued in the mornings and spoke so loudly that she woke me up twice. I also didn't like that they charged me city tax twice, once when I made the reservation and again the day after I arrived.

Great location, just a short walk from the main attractions, near Termini. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money for a stay in Rome.

No breakfast options, view from the room, one bathroom did not have a window, city tax only possible to pay in cash

Close to termini station which made it convenient.

I am not sure where the pictures of the rooms online came from but certainly it was not where I was staying. No pics on walls, no decor, desk or anything. Two single beds a foot apart without even a nightstand. Unfortunately I don't have pictures to share.

The shower was very small, it was difficult to get outa of the shower, the door was small, someone could easily fall getting out of it.

The management arrange our stay according to their benefits not our reservation and the mini fridge it’s useless so in summer you can’t put food or water inside

The location is very good, next to Termini station, bonus for the lift, as we had heavy baggage. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Liked the extra mirror for full height view. Conditioner in the room, as it was extra hot.

The bathroom is very small, not enough space to put toiletries, not enough towel hangers. The toilet flush is very complicated, you need to push the button several times. The room itself not so modern, but ok for the price and location. Also the surroundings of the building are not pleasant, untidy, I would say scary for the girls to be in the late evening.

Nice and safe location, 15 mins walking form Roma Termini, a lot of dinning options close by. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, beds a little small for us, but they are ok (we are a tall family, between 1.8m and 1.98m... so we are used to this). This is a nice place to rest, take a shower and sleep... We don't go to Rome to stay at the room al day long, right? ;-)

All was good considering the room spaces in Europe, in general.

Location is just 4-5 mins walking distance from termini station. Also the host is very friendly and nice

Our stay at this **B&B in Rome** was amazing! We stayed for just one night, but everything was perfect. The room was **very modern for Rome**, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was **spotlessly clean**, which we truly appreciated. The owners were **exceptionally kind and helpful**, making sure we had a great experience. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
