Cons -
- Nothing comes to mind.
- The neighborhood is especially at night not nice. And at night we didn¿t sleep well by the people outside noise
- Hot water was very inconsistent when showering. Also, area in which hotel was located seemed somewhat unsafe. Hallway also had a strange, almost meat market smell.

Room was spacious for being located in the middle of a large European city. Room itself was also very clean.

Very close to Roma Termini
Great location to roma termini. Would not stay in the neighborhood if it was longer than a one night trip¿.other neighborhoods are much nicer. Hotel was nice and clean!
The receptionist lied to us, we paid him 125 euro in cash and he told us that the printer is broken, when we checked out they told us to pay the 125 euro as it was not paid n we told them that we have paid n they need to check camera
Location
Very sexy room
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect. Thanks to its proximity to Termini, it is very easy to explore all of Rome. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception, who was a true gentleman. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the best part was the absolute peace and quiet. I was lucky to have a room on the 4th floor and I rested very well. Most of the main attractions, such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, can be easily reached on foot. The connection to the airports is also very convenient and affordable.I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
The lobby is small, but this did not affect the quality of the stay.
The staff were so helpful and kind! Being so close to the train station was a plus!
The room was beautiful and spacious. Our only issue was the mattress was very firm. Minor issue considering how good everything else was.
Ample selection good coffee. Signage could be a little more visible
Location and breakfast
The shower glass door not sealing in the corner, flooding the bathroom floor
Dangerous Area
Our stay at Giobertie Art Hotel was extremely disappointing. We spent three nights there and were unable to sleep due to constant noise and loud music that continued until around 2 a.m. The area directly in front of the hotel was chaotic, with intoxicated and drug-affected individuals shouting, fighting, and causing disturbances late into the night. My wife and daughter felt genuinely unsafe and frightened. We repeatedly requested a room change at reception, hoping for a quieter and safer option, but no alternative or effective solution was offered. As a result, our experience remained uncomfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was also below expectations. In addition to being mediocre in quality, the presence of flies in the breakfast area made it feel unhygienic.Based on our experience, I strongly advise against staying at Giobertie Art Hotel or in the immediate vicinity of Roma Termini. It would be far better to choose accommodation at least two or three blocks away.
The breakfast was lower quality compared to other hotels in Italy. Few options and low quality or over cooked product.
I did not like the shower taps and faucet. The drain plug got stuck when filling the tub and couldn’t get it out. The faucet taps were difficult to read and turn on. Direction of shower head had water all over the floor every time. The elevator was very slow and would stop on every floor
The location is excellent. The hotel is within 5 minutes of Roma Termini, the A metro line, and several bus stations, as well as 10 minutes from several tourist attractions.
Our original room had a bathtub (as I requested), but the water temperature knob was stuck on "hot". It couldn't be fixed right away, so the staff moved us to a 50-square-meter suite, hence my high rating
Good location, comfortable large bed, very good breakfast, nice staff.
Bath taps were unusual and difficult to operate. We never did figure out how to adjust the water temperature.
Very spacious. I had never lived in a hotel room that had two bathrooms! I mean, with this price and location, it's a great deal! Also love that the breakfast was provided (no extra charge)
Stayed 2 nights after a cruise. Easy to get to train for early morning flight.
Good selection of breakfast
The hot water faucet was broken in the room we stayed and hotel was fully booked. No room changed. Rome got cold at night in October. The cold water was icy cold too. So cold water shower. After complained and pressed for, one day refund was given after about 10 days later. So beware !
Location next to Roman Train Terminal
The hot water system in toilet is very disappointed. Only luke warm water during shower and the shower door leaked which caused lots water leaked out to the toilet floor
