    • Great location. Very close to the subway, Termini Station, and good places to eat.
    • The location is excellent and staff are friendly.
    • Location near Termini station

    Cons -

    • Hard mattress
    • The receptionist at the front that is older is kinda rude, doesn’t greet us well and when we were asking something I need to repeat myself 2-3 time before he respond rudely. The others were great. Just him.

The hotel got all we needed for one night which wasn’t a lot. Quite good breakfast and the bed was comfortable.

A little bit too far away from the hustle and bustle, that we didn’t expect but that one is on us.

Absolutely everything. It was amazingly clean, all the staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful and the breakfast we did not expect it to be so good. It actually had boiled eggs. The only thing I can eat and it had them!! Love love hotel Galileo and actually close to the best of everything in Rome and because of the 24/7 manned security at the front desk, it’s very secure!

    7AzraPosted on: 7-3-2025

It was close to the main train / bus station.

Breakfast was nice but there was no fruit at all.

Great location. Quiet area but not far from the centre. Good breakfast. Simple but comfortable rooms

    Nice location

Breakfast, not even a bottle of water or glass to drink

This hotel fully justifies its rating and more. It's traditional. It's quiet. Not great views. Not the least bit flashy. Great for a short stay.

    Dusty air con system.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and service excellent. Location within easy reach of Rome Termini makes for an ideal location.

Room was a little on the small side. There was a terrace/balcony for guest to use - this could have been furnished allowing for better use but we understand that the hotel is being refurbished and hopefully this will be addressed

It was a 12 minute walk from Rome Termini station. It was just the right size of room for a couple want to spend a few nights in Rome. 30 minute walk to Trevi and other venues. The staff weee awesome. Very attentive and accommodating. We arrived the day before our check-in to drop off some extra large luggage which they happily stored for us. This is one of the few places in Rome that has secure indoor parking for $35Euro per day… a deal in Rome.

I have nothing that I did not like

    1BrunoPosted on: 10-1-2023

The front desk staff were nice and informative, but that's it. We enjoyed leaving.

Just about everything. Breakfast was basically cold cuts of ham, salami and cheese, hard boiled eggs, toast juice and coffee. (Not my idea of good breakfast and lacked in comparison to other places we've stayed). The room smelled of sewer gas which was absolutely gross and foul. The air conditioner was on a timer and malfunctioning which stopped operating every 15 minutes throughout the night. I had to leave my room key at front desk when we left for excursions which made me feel like they wanted to look through our room.Elevator was broken....When I mentioned all these problems to staff they said there was nothing that could be done and gave me a 1 day parking credit..."thanks"Not staying there again for sure lolol
