- Convenient location, walking distance to all points of interest, clean, safe, friendly and very accommodating.
Cons -
- The only complaint is that there is no 24 hr reception and because we were out pretty much all day we never saw any staff, but they were fantastic about reaching out to us and replying to emails when we had questions!

Good location, it's a good room
They didn't advise about maintenance activities during my stay, no hot water!
We like the location, we arrived to all the highlights walking, the room was very cozy, well equipped, we liked the amenities, drinks, cookies and more they left for you in the kitchenetteThe staff was very kind and answer quickly your questions
The Internet works slowly sometimes
Spacious clean room located in the heart of Rome easy access to many historic sites.
Stay here you won't be disappointed. Everything about this place exceeded out expectations. It was comfortably larger than some of our other stays in Italy. Communication was on point the whole trip and was very friendly and welcoming. Prime location next to Piazza del Popolo which is one of the locations in the city's for tour busses if your interested in that during your stay. The square also has a taxi station so ordering a taxi was easy, but also close to the metro which was easy to navigate. The bathroom had everything you needed and a large shower with great pressure and heat. The main room had a table of coffees and apples and a fridge stocked with water, which was complimentary. It really came in handy arriving late and having an early tour the next morning and was greatly appreciated. The balcony in the unit we had was large and wrapped around the corner, something we didn't even realize until the last day, amazing views.
Location, room very comfortable and big. They offer complementary water, soda, tea, coffee and snacks which is an extra.
The janitorial staff needs to improve the quality of cleaning my family and I we are very allergic and there was dust in the back of the bed and the floors needed a better cleaning. We had to switch beds during the night due to the allergies.
Friendly staffLocation, Location, location is great!Elena and Andreas were very professional, friendly and very informative.
This stay was the best part of Rome. Convenient (30 minutes walk to Coliseum and Vatican), has elevator, and very clean. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores nearby. The area is safe. Walked back many nights.
Great property. Location is excellent for exploring. Love the snacks and free coffee . Nice touch. Very spacious for three people. Clean and modern. A/C works great which is super helpful if you’re here in the summer.
Nothing really. Main floor has some water stains and wear and tear but otherwise place is very modern and clean.
There was no one there to meet us. Hard to enter the property - luckily there was a couple there who had been there before to tell us how to get in.
Perfect location -perfectly furnished-very clean-comfy beds-staff was wonderful- It’s was just wonderful!!
This is a hard one to review. It was fine, just wasn't what we expected. To be clear, these are more like apartments than a hotel, which was the feeling we got from the booking information - I would have to review that info again. We had friendly messages prior to checking in with regard to directions, shuttles and getting into the room. We walked from the train station just 5 minutes away. Not easy with a suitcase but manageable. On entering the building it feels like a nice block of flats, with only a small lift - the aesthetic wasn't helped by decorating works being carried out in the hallways at the time. It wasn't a big deal and will be better when finished but just a bit uncomfortable on first impressions when we weren't expecting it. The room was similarly unimpressive but comfortable enough. Very basic facilities - there were no shelves in the bathroom to put anything down, and the bedroom was similarly sparse - I guess it helps with cleaning, and they were clean enough.Looking at similarly priced hotels in Rome, I imagine this is still good value. Note, the images need an update, as the brightly coloured rooms are no longer - more modern grey vibes. The view was straight down over the street from our 3rd floor room and the 'balcony' was not something large enough to sit on, just step out onto the ledge. The location however was perfect. Just 5 mins walk from the station, and the city starts as soon as you leave the building, with perhaps 15-30 minutes walk to some of the main attractions. We did a LOT of walking but there are plenty of options for electric scooters, trams and buses. Just don't expect to get a taxi at short notice - we ended up walking the 30 minutes to St Peter's Basilica, as the Uber app was not responding with any drivers.Overall, Rome is such an amazing city with a beautiful surprise around every corner, that you could be happy staying anywhere. And this place is good enough for 2 or 3 nights.

The Location is incredible and the staff was very nice and welcoming.
The wifi was a bit weak
The property is well located on the opposite bank from the Vatican. The room was large and beautiful with 5m high coffered ceilings and a large and very comfortable bed with a small en suite bath with small shower. They provided a stocked mini-fridge, fruit, espresso, and other snacks on a stylish dining table so I'm not sure if they provide a traditional breakfast as the room provided all I needed to start my day. There were plenty of outlets next to the bed and a large flat screened television with access to streaming subscriptions. I have a sleep disorder and Andrea kindly assured that I had a quiet room as requested and the bonus was that it had a nice view on the street. The front door code was a bit tricky but the room keys were exactly as described so there was no problem accessing the room.
There was limited space around the sink to put my toiletries and although the ones they provided were nice they don't provide body lotion or hair conditioner. There were also only 4 hangers provided and the safe was super tiny and without directions. I'm a titanium loyalty member at Marriott so I know my way around hotel safes but this one was impossible. I would definitely stay there again but the property is so beautiful that these thoughtful corrections would make it 5star.
The staff were super nice and helpful, location was nice, there was an elevator although it was an old building
It wasn’t very clean, the floor was in the middle of renovation so there was noise early morning and renovation equipment was at the front of the floor. There were some issues with electricity and with the toilet. At our last night we got back to the hotel to find out they took one of the tables and chairs from our room without even telling us.
Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, the cleaning service was camubg every day, the reception was very helpful, the metro was next to the rooms, the bus stop is near, and everything in a perfect area, I recommend it.
The location is good
Not cleanNoisy - when I booked the rooms they "forgot" to tell us they are renovating. So from 7 am the noise is horrible and impossible to sleepBooked 2 rooms for a family of 2+2 and got the rooms in floor 1 and floor 3NO HOT WATER!!!!NO INTERNET!!! no value for money.
