Quiet location, large shower, king bed. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.

The bathroom was a very nice size, quite large compared to many other hotels I've been to in Rome.

The "queen" bed was just 2 twin beds pushed together, with nothing to hold them together, and they kept coming apart, a little annoying. The beds were like stone slabs and very uncomfortable.

A good hotel near the train station. Clean everywhere, polite staff. Excellent breakfast.

You can hear everything in the hallway just fine. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor. The bed wasn't a double, just two single beds placed next to each other.

Really spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and proximity to transport.

Hotel felt like a disused hospital. Breakfast was poor (good choice but cooked food left to stand). Fridge in room didn't work. Shower and fittings all very tired.

Large rooms for a centre city hotel/ hostel and good size bathroom. There were plenty of good restaurants in the area. And a 10 minute walk to the underground.

Very clean, rooms spacious , food is very good…. Walking distance from the main train station

No coffee maker in room, only instant coffee. Low brow for an otherwise great hotel.

I really liked that there was a greeting card and roses on the table on my daughter's birthday. It was a very pleasant moment. The room was very spacious with a huge bed. It was cool that there were two sinks. I really liked the decorations in the yard, they were in a Christmas mood.

The location was very close to the Termini Station, if travelling via regional trains or catching the express train to the FCO airport. Very close, 10mins walk to Republica Train Station and to bus stops however it’s a fair bit of walk around 30mins to and from the city centre. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially if you’re Australian. Priests reside in the building so expect a peaceful, quiet and organised environment. The room was clean and large enough. Overall, excellent stay!

Good breakfast. Very close to termini.

One night receptionist was very rude when we came back late after 10 pm. The door was locked and she shouted at us when we tried to open it without realising it was locked

Lovely indoor courtyard and spacious room.

The heating was a bit high.

Basement rooms have shared doors to next door room which are not sound proof. I could hear next room guest tv, alarm like they were in my room.

Outdoor gareden,fountain, courtyard with tables and outdoor setting. Church and chapel. Breakfast is excellent. Very hot water and good pressure. Good location.

The breakfast outdoor terrace was closed for breakfast. The upper terrace is where breakfast is served but indoors.

Small room located further downstairs with no access to lifts.

The lady at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. We booked a classic room but were upgraded to a bigger/better room upon arrival. The room was bright and clean. The bathroom also had a window. The hotel has a beautiful inner courtyard. It felt really well at the hotel.

The breakfast could have been tastier, no fresh juice, no fresh.y baked pastry, cold cuts were not appealing….

Great room with everything I needed. Comfy bed with a little mini bar Nice bathroom but shower need upgrade Great breakfast. I’d happily stay again in future.

Staff wasn’t really welcoming or having appropriate attitude. Lack of English from gentleman behind the desk too. Quite a walk to subway but otherwise still goodLocation with everything people need close enough.
