Pros +
- The location is perfect, a 10 minute walk from Colosseum.
Cons -
- The hotel is quite loud - no noise from the streets, but the walls are thin and the doors are loud. But if you walk all day in Rome, you'll be tired enough to sleep and this won't bother you :)
