The AC unit is old, it doesn?t cool down the room . Because of the nice weather it was ok for us sleep with the windows open

Location, while convenient to Vatican city, the area was extremely crowded, noisy and the streets were filthy with litter and trash. Air conditoning apparently set by management and not adjustable according to un helpful staff member. Way too hot in room

Quiet and safe neighbourhood with good restaurants close by. Walking distance to Vatican and short 10mins on the Metro to the centre. Less than 5min walk to the metro station. Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast as well. Would happily stay again, good value for money

Maybe have extra pillows on the bed in case some people want two rather than one? Wasn’t a problem for me though

Staf no ready to help (reception), seems like sliping all the time.We went before checkin Time, with children.At 2pm the room was still not ready, waiting more then 30 minutes.

The staff and services were excwptional and the location was close to the metro and buses. The area is quiet and clean.I will recommend this hotel to friends. The breakfast was also very good.

They first tried to give me the booking.com room on the lower floors, smelled like disinfectant and toilet ran very loudly constantly. When I told them it was unacceptable the Mgr who I never met gave me a 4 star room with balcony. The bathroom had a full remodel and room was large.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Not many choices. Hotel needs full remodeling like my second room. BOOKING.COM SHOULD TELL ALL THEIR MEMBERS TO NOT GIVE VACATIONERS THEIR WORST ROOMS BUT IMPRESS THEM SO THEY WILL COME BACK. I TRAVEL A LOT OVERSEAS SO I UNDERSTAND THE BAIT AND SWITCH BUT IT IS SHORT SIGHTED.

Central location in the Prati district. 200 meters from Lepanto Station. 20 mins walk to Vatican. 28 minutes to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona. Lots of great places to eat & little shops for drinks & snacks close by. The room was clean, very light and airy, my room had 2 windows. Bed was firm, bathroom very clean. Room serviced daily. Breakfast has 2 coffee machines, selection of tea. Juice from a machine. You can toast your own bread - ham, cheese, jams, cornetto, pastries (all standard Italian breaky) filling and yummy. Stella on the front desk was my super star!!!

The hotel was fine. The location was good, maybe not perfect but still very good. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. So I recommend this hotel, for sure.

Spotlessly clean, quiet hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful

Perfect hotel to explore the city, walking distance from St.Peter ‘s and Vatican. Very friendly staff, roof terrace with view of Vatican, quiet location in Prato district, very friendly staff. Proceeds go to charity of Valdesian Church.

I have visited the hotel a few times and keep coming back. I have tried other hotels but the location, exceptional staff and the accommodation make me feel very welcome and relaxed and keep me coming back.

Excellent location, nice staff.It allows to leave the luggage after check-out, which was very helpful.

The staff on the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and very quiet. Breakfast had a great range of options, and everything was lovely. Location was excellent for access to the historic landmarks in Rome.

Very good location, near metro station, close to Vatican and historical center. The room was big and had a nice balcony. I liked the split bathroom, shower separated from the restroom. The personnel is amazing and I thank them all for their care, starting with the reception, kitchen and technical team.

Breakfast could have had more fresh vegetables, however the kitchen personnel made their best to make our breakfasts more enjoyable.

Not much choices for the breakfast.The cleaning and the fact that could keep the keys.Although is correct because of the weight, we felt the insufficient capacity of keys.Could be nice to apply some restorations, specifically in the bathroom.One last part is the fact that needs the extra keys if we keep after the midnight.

Great location, easy walk to the Vatican one way, the Spanish steps, Trevi and Pantheon, close to the underground for the Colesseum! Good size room, great breakfast and roof top deck, and a great in-house shop for drinks. Also a lift
