Navona Theatre Hotel

Staff, Cleanliness, Room furnishings, etc. were all first class.

HOWEVER, as another review mentioned, the street party noise made it nearly impossible to fall asleep. With the windows and curtains closed we weren't able to fall asleep until the wee hours of the morning. Desk person was aware of the situation.

The bathroom was fabulous!! And having the extra comforter was a real plus! The free breakfast was also lovely.

My room in the annex overlooked a restaurant that played loud music until 01:00; though it did dim the volume at 23:00.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Great location and cute room.

The noise level outside of our 2FL Annex building was louder than expected though the incessant EDM music died out after 1:30AM. The annex building was not adjacent was about a few blocks away from the main building where the front desk and breakfast

The whole place was a plus. It¿s set off the beaten path, so if you want quiet, you¿ve got it, but if you want sightseeing or food, you are mins away. Staff was perfect and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff Clean Location

Very noisy due to restaurant next door. We stayed in the annex, not recommended.

This hotel experience was amazing, great, convenient location. The staff was always friendly and helpful, quiet rooms, great design! I would definitely stay here again!

We liked the location and some people from the staff.

We disliked the shower, since the tap was out of normal use. I also missed some fruits on the breakfast (there were just kiwis as hard as stones) and better quality overall.

The room was clean and the breakfast sufficient. What blew us away (and we only realized it after we started roaming the streets of Rome) is the location! We didn't even have to use public transport - everything was reachable on foot. All in all, a superb experience.

The location is very close to Pizza Navona but still quiet. Very clean. The bathroom is large and comfortable (but without any ventilation). The service is courteous and efficient.

There is no closet or even drawers in the room, the breakfast is nothing to admire. The view from the window is to near wall opposite

Location is perfect to walk to all major attractions. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is also pretty good with eggs, hams, cheeses, cereals and fruits.

The front desk were excellent and extremely friendly They made us feel at home and especially with 2 excited kids, they made them feel very welcomed

The front desk staff who was on shift on Sunday 21st December did ask the kids to keep our voices down. Apparently there were guests checking out but the kids were playing in the lobby while we were trying to get our stroller and bags from our room. Of course, we have been telling the kids to keep their volume down but it just left a bitter taste to an otherwise excellent holiday in Rome.

For me ( I have chronic arthritis) the bed was too hard… other than that, everything was great

It was a good compromise of comfort, cost, and location. Very central, pretty quiet, pretty comfortably, and affordable given those factors.Staff were lovely and helpful. And the housekeeping was excellent.

Room size and luggage space to open an least 2 suitcases at the same time. Well located powerpoints although bit too close to light stitches. Normal clothes hangers provided, not the ones that can't be moved around. Nice front desk staff, particularly the girl who opened the desk early so we could check out normally. Bath robes and slippers provided which is more than expected.

Rough toilet paper. It's easy to forget the small step in the room and trip. Bed side lights were cool white when warm white light bulbs would make the lighting much less harsh. Would like a couple more hooks in the bathroom. Minor point but I found the white and grey aesthetic in the room a bit clinical but others may like it. Note that the entry is in a small lane, taxis stop about 20m from the front of what looks like a dark abandoned alley at night but it's actually fine. Breakfast options a bit dull, lots of sweet pastries, okay once or twice but probably get bored with it quickly.

Location...Stayed in a separate apartment block from the main hotel. Location superb. Many Restaurants and shops virtually outside the main entrance to the block. Also next to the Piazza Navana and taxi stand. So very convenient. Only 10 -15 minutes walk to the Vatican.

Room was small. Not much space for storing my luggage bag , shopping etc. . Check out was supposed to be at 11am . But cleaners came and started knocking room door at 10.45 am waiting to clean the room. Also did not use facilities in the main hotel so cannot commend on that

The location was outstanding; two minutes to Piazza Navona, three minutes to the Taxi stand and 100 steps to via d' Baullari with multiple eating options, shopping, and a gelato store on every block.The room rate was 60% of what we paid at le Reve and had much better accommodations.

None... This small hotel was recently remodeled; therefore it was clean, and efficient. The entire staff was friendly and responsive from the reception, to the breakfast, to the cleaning personnel.
