Pros +
- We liked the location, it¿s proximity to Vatican, very clean room, amazing views, and very helpful and pleasant staff.
- The location was nice and the hotel was clean
- The staff was very courtuous and helpful. This was also the case of the other hotels I stayed. But at Fragrance and Dele Luna hotels the relations were more warm. Hotel employee from hotel Dele Luna in Assisi gave me a gift. I can not forget her kindness
Cons -
- The only thing to change is better water protection in the bath/shower, as half glass door does not help and there is always water pooling on the floor.
- The pillows were terrible, and felt like sleeping on a rock. No one cared to explain how breakfast works or that it wasn't included in the price. There was no good way to cool down the room
- Room was small

bathroom is very small but it's ok
Great location, staff was excellent. Nancy (front desk) was went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional stay in Rome. We will definitely stay on our next visit. Thank you all so much.
The evening seating and limited menu for dinner
Room was large and comfortable. Personnel was very kind and positive.
Breakfast can be improved.
Breakfast was great. View was beautiful. Location was great. Good value.
Room was small but adequate for 4.
Nice location, good service, beautiful terrace.
Family room was like to separate rooms, so it was not comfortable. Quadruple room is better.
Very close to St. Peter’s square and good neighborhood restaurants. Staff was very helpful.
No Metro stop nearby. Only after a few days, did we learn that the regional train (6 minutes away) will take you to the Metro for 1 Euro.
Location was very close to main attractions. Andrea at reception was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was enjoyable and well-prepared.
Our initial room at the Roma Hotel was uncomfortably warm, as the air conditioning was not cooling properly. Despite our request to have it checked, we were told it was functioning normally. Unfortunately, we spent a sleepless night due to the heat. The following day, we requested a room change, which was thankfully accommodated, and we were finally able to rest.We recommend that hotel management inspect the thermostats, as the temperature readings appear inaccurate — our room felt much warmer than indicated. For example, while the thermostat displayed 18°C, our own temperature check showed it was actually 25°C.
The proximity to the vatican..
I ordered a balcony room, didn't get one..
My stay at Fragrance was a delight! The staff was extremely friendly and polite. I really enjoyed breakfast every morning on a rooftop with a wonderful view.
The breakfast was good. Loved the coffee maker and view! Staff very helpful. Getting up the hill to hotel was tricky but what a view at the top. You’re right next to the Vatican and subway. Great location.
Folks from the US need to remember that the shower glass doesn’t keep all the water in. Do make sure wipe the water off floor. Slippery floor. Rooms are decent sized.
He location was good. It was very quiet.
The shower was so small that it was difficult to use
Great staff! They helped me park my car and also pick a restaurant on Uber Eats!Clean and great terrace at the rooftop for breakfast and evening drinks. Close to train station and St. Peter basilica. Will stay here again if I visit Rome.
Nothing not to like.
My room 427 is under the breakfast room. Every morning I hear people talking and moving the chairs around
Noise
Very friendly personal, good room
Smell in the bathroom because of the mould
Staff and cleningness
Having to pay for parking
This is a really lovely hotel! All staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful and the beds were SO comfortable (so much so that we were disappointed to go home to our own beds!). The property is well-located, although there is not much of note in the immediate area, but the Vatican City is a short 10 min or so walk away. Breakfast was good value, with lots of options.
nothing really - we prefer a gym or pool but we knew when booking that this hotel didn't have those facilities!
