Pros +
- The cleanliness and the size of the room
- We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that the room was ready for check in. Easy access to Termini, tram, metro, and bus stops. Grocery store close by. Breakfast was coffee and some pastries, nothing huge but perfect way to start the day.
- Close to train station. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
Cons -
- You could hear the street noises from the room
- The neighborhood does not appear to be great - because of the graffiti everywhere - but we had no problems nor felt unsafe.
- There was mold in the corners of the bathroom and shower. The locks on the rooms are very old and rickety still using actual keys. Very budget hotel For non budget price

Location. A little difficult to get to the city attractions
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but tasty. Overall clean room and decent for price paid.
The bed was hard like not firm but actually hard. It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring instead of mattress. The location was okay, close to Roma termini and Manzoni train station but rough area- aka no nice views.
Staff were cooperative
Location
Great experience, helpful and thoughtful staff, clean room and comfortable
I love the location- near the train station, great restaurants, and within walking distance from the major attractions without being too hectic of a neighborhood.
I didn’t love that the room doors hd to be locked with a key from the inside when you were in your hotel room
Front desk staff friendly and informative. Great value for a multiple night stay. Housekeeping staff friendly too.
The room was a bit small and the beds small...I am American and have not slept on a "single" bed since I was 10 years old! The shower and bathroom was tiny too..if traveling with a friend I suggest getting two rooms and not share one. Elevator was in repair our last day there...a bit inconvenient since we had large bags. The chemicals they used to clean the lobby were a bit overwhelming each time you walked in the front.
Safe, nice place for a single person to stay. Great location to the train station. Very clean, and modern. A perfect place for a "no frills" stay. My daughter was looking at hostels, but then found this place for only $15 more total. It was worth it to have the entire room to yourself.
It was a bit noisy. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Breakfast was good. The coffee maker was efficient but the coffee could have been stronger. I appreciated the range of options for an Italian breakfast.
My room was overheated which I controlled by using the split and opening the terrazza door a crack while I was in the room. I closed and locked it at night and when I was gone. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee or appropriate drinking vessel like a cup or mug. So I was disappointed I couldn’t make a hot drink.
Cleanliness, good location and nice staff
The elevator was too slow
Near the train station
Old rooms old building Elevator is too scary and slow There is No service stuff
No fridge, poor bathroom facility
Location. Deceiving on line advertise.looks good but very mediocre.
The room is good for a solo traveller and I liked that there is a attached bathroom. It was clean and comfortable to move and sleep. It's quiet and a good place to stay.
The location itself is quite far from Termini, like 15 to 20 minutes walk, quite expensive for 2 nights of stay though I just need some place to settle and rest before heading back to Dubai. Well, I am not sure about the bottled water, I had food allergy plus I cannot use the percolator which is provided in the room.
Good location, cute garden, and clean.
The sign outside was burnt out making it a little hard to find.
Super professional, helpful, and polite staff. Location was good. Room was exceptionally clean
Great staff. They were very helpful. We liked the proximity to the station.
It was noisy. Some fruit for breakfast would have been great.
Location to train station. Eateries very close by. Clean
Extremely hard beds, lumpy pillows, air cond needed help. Shower temp varied while running..very hot to very cool and constantly changing. Noisy outside facility
Complimentary breakfast
- house keeping was very bad, 3 nights with no change of towels, also the cleaning was not good- the safe in the room was not working
