RECEPTIONISTS WERE VERY HELPFUL

Many, the annex building is far away from main hotel around 300 meters, no phone in room if we need to call receptionist. You need 4 doors to get your room, with 3 steel keys. No garbage bin in the room, lights were on & off by itselves , TV not working

The location was excellent. When we checked in, the concierge could not have been nicer or more helpful - I wish I remembered his name - explained things well and even carried my bag to our room. Great experience.

The guy at the reception was just brilliant - he even shared good restaurants for us to go to! The breakfast was just great at the 3rd floor of the hotel and the room was more than nice and much comfortable for 3 people!!

I liked the location of the hotel, it was nice, clean, and the breakfast was delicious, the terrace with a beautiful view, the staff was nice.

Bad internet

It is a lovely small cosy hotel near Lepanto metro station. On walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and caffes. The hotel has nice renovated rooms with all what you need during the stay.

We stayed in a separate building, which offered good value for the money. The location is on a quiet street, yet conveniently close to a shopping area, super markets, restaurants and various transportation options. The apartment also had air conditioning, which is needed.

There are no winter duvets (just one blanket) , no kettle, no slippers. Keep that in mind if you are travelling during winter time

need more variety of food for breakfast They should give free bottles of mineral water on the arrival. They should provide more firm pillows

I absolutely loved our stay at The B Place. The location, the breakfast, the staff were all fantastic. The shower drains on the upper floors could work better, but other than that, I have no complaints. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location to the places I was supposed to be was very convenient.

I could’ve used a couple of more towels but I just had one which looked pretty much used. Humidity in the room if the airco isn’t on, and I’m someone who pretty much get sick when the airco is on… as I am right now. I didn’t know that there was another building I was placed in until the moment I arrived… so I didn’t get any email about this. Plus the building I was put in had no receptionist so for questions I’d have, I’d have to walk to another building. So yeah it was what it was.

It is located in walking distance from tha Vatican and surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. The breakfast at the rooftop is a unique experience.

The room was a little bit tight even for two persons. The walls of the room was thin, everything can be heard from the other rooms.

Overall accessibility and location. Staff are nice, especially the concierge.

Perfect location, just one block away from the metro line. Everyone was nice and friendly, just what we needed after a bad experience in another hotel. Room was nice, clean and it had a very cool style.The breakfast was also good, just the usual, bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, coffee, juices, etc.

Disappointing, no facilities, bit smelly...

Poor breakfast selection, poor quality, smelly and hot room, basically disappointing, would rather have had no breakfast includedThere is no lounge and no garden, and this is not very central at all. There are beverages in the fridge with no info, and I asked and was told they were included, then they wanted to charge for the "mini-bar" on our departure...! No information leaflets at all in the room regarding anything.

The hotel is situated in a cozy and charming neighborhood, and its immediate proximity to the Vatican makes it an exceptionally convenient base for sightseeing. While the room itself was definitely on the small side, it was arranged efficiently and felt perfectly comfortable for our needs. A particularly helpful feature was the hotel's offering of an airport transfer service, which simplified our arrival and departure greatly. Regarding the price-to-quality ratio, I felt it was perfectly acceptable; this is not a luxury property, but it delivers solid, good value for money, making it a reliable choice for a Roman weekend.

The cleanliness upon arrival was somewhat lacking

the location was very convenient, and the older male and lady receptionists werr genuinely kind and helpful.However, the two younger male receptionists were rather unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. The housekeeping stuff was sublime.

The room was very small, and the shower cabin was tiny — barely enough space to move. The hot water didn’t work properly, and the breakfast was quite poor with no suitable options for vegan or vegetarian guests. There was also no coffee machine or any amenities in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.

You are unable to adjust the thermostat. I didn’t not enjoy that the staff asked for my hotel room/key card every time I entered the building. Shower was cramped, but got the job done!

Everything was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast at the roof terrace was amazing, again very friendly staff and it was good food! The place is on good walkable distance from all the major sites.
