    Cons -

    • It s near the hospital and you can hear the ambulances all the time. I m not sensitive to noice but if you are avoid.
    • - The breakfast was average- The price was a bit on the higher end- It is quite far from the city center but public transportation access is good
    • I thought the price of the room was a little expensive for the location. It's a bit outside of the city

The last time we stayed there was a courtesy but to get into Rome , it cost 7 euros, now. There is only taxis at 30 euros, makes for a costly stay

Has become a money grabbing outfit, 1 teabag and milk a day, ask for more and no way. Just 1 a day

The hotel is clean and front desk staff very friendlyI had requested early check in and was glad they accommodated me

The breakfast options are a bit limited. The location from the hotel to Gemelli station is a bit far so if you are hauling luggage be prepared to walk a stretch and take a couple of stairs.

Clean , close ro the subway , unfortunately not close to any touristic attraction neither any restaurants area

Location for concert at Olympic stadium. Location to rail station meant easy access into centre. Lovely bistro/restaurant.

Room was a little tired looking,

The staff was wonderful and very accomadating when we had need for anything. The fitnessroom was fine and the view from up there was amazing. The lady in the store was very sweet and good at helping with our buys. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The shower was bad. It was difficult to adjust the heat and the handshower didn't work. There were no good place for the towels to hang and dry.The food for dinner was not very good and the bread in the morning was not very nice either..

Really friendly staff, lovely room with good facilities.

The train station near hotel didn’t do late trains so while travelling we were stuck at the station which meant we had to get taxis.

The staff during my check in was outstanding. I forgot her name but, she spoke English and was very helpful with getting around Rome.Breakfast was pretty good as well. There is a train station about 5 minutes away which was great to get around the city.

The building is old and did not feel as it was well kept (lack of painting). The restroom in the room was too tiny and uncomfortable to get in and out of (very outdated as well). The breakfast was $22 euro's per person which seems extremely high compared to other hotels.

Having a normal bathroom in our bedroom as well as my accessible wet room was something I’d never seen before. My wife was very impressed as she loves a bath.

There wasn’t a disabled toilet on the ground floor so I had to take the lift to level minus one. Not ideal when you are in a hurry.

    8CarolePosted on: 3-17-2025

The staff were very helpful and friendly.Very good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. The size of the bedroom was very good and well equipped with a safe, hairdryer, iron & ironing board and mini bar.

The bedroom was a very good size, but by comparison the bathroom was very small. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and functional, but a little tired.
