Pros +
- The staff is INCREDIBLE (helpful, friendly, knowledgeable). The location is amazing--less than 2 min to Trevi Fountain, can walk to Spanish Steps, Colosseum (18 min), and the train station (22 min). Many great restaurants within 5 min walk.
- Location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Size of the rooms were spacious.
- Great location. Took care of us very well. Called for transfers, made us Espresso an answered all questions. Spoke very good English as well.
Cons -
- There was NOTHING that I did not like about this hotel. It far exceeded my expectations.
- Number on address was not on the building. The air conditioning units were loud.
- The shower pressure wasn't great--but I know it's a really old building so it is understandable.
