Navona Street Hotel

The hotel team was wonderful to work with and especially getting the transport service to our cruise ship and back & forth to the airport. It was a wonderful experience!

I loved the location - you could get everywhere walking. Also the staff were very helpful.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was lack of natural light in the room - the windows were covered.

The hotel was perfect.The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, so there was no need to use public transportation.The staff was outstanding. Alessia was always there with a smile, ready to help us with anything we needed. We would like to thank her very much and we hope to welcome her to Greece someday, to return the wonderful hospitality she offered us.The rooms were spotless, warm, and very comfortable. Towels were changed daily, and the rooms were cleaned every day. There was also coffee available in the room, so we could prepare it ourselves whenever we wanted.The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of options, and the staff was always kind and helpful. The outdoor dining area was equally fantastic, with excellent food and very reasonable prices.I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely visit again.Happy New Year to everyone!

The location was fantastic. 15 minutes to St. Peter's basilica at the Vatican, 7 minutes to Piazza Novana. Tons of choices of restaurants , lounge bars and shopping. 100 meters to bus transportation.

People upstairs were very very active at night, you can hear them walking around. I wasn't bothered by it, but some might be.

Staff were warm and welcoming, almost like a cozy B&B. The location was excellent, within walking distance of both the Colosseum and the Vatican. Breakfast was delicious and never crowded because the hotel is pretty small. Furthermore, the on-site restaurant offers good value snacks and drinks during happy hour.

Our room was a bit small, and the air conditioning ran quite cold. Also wished there could be better views from the room as the windows were boarded up (probably because they're on the first floor).

Everything was superb. Except we need more fresh air. The window could be opened just a little. Nothing else

We have been traveling throughout Italy for a month and have stayed in many hotels in this country. Breakfasts have been consistently good but breakfast at the Navona Street Hotel was above our average breakfast experience. The staff was super accommodating and we are especially grateful for them providing us toast and tea at night when I didn’t feel well. Lots of extras we don’t always get in Italy, like English tv channels, coffee maker in the room, & staff present at all times.

I usually try to think of something to write in this section but I can’t think of anything that I’d suggest to make our stay better.

Staff was super nice all the time, and greeted us with a nice gift for our honeymoon & were nice enough to leave us breakfast the night before since we had an early flight.

Thought we booked a bigger room & we ended up getting a room super small … but once there we were supper jet lagged that we didn’t care we just wanted to sleep

Very good location, close to restaurants, shops and bus stations. The rooms are clean and they have very friendly staff. The breakfast had enough choices, it was a pleasant meal.

The rooms have windows that do not open (only for ventilation), opaque (because they lead directly to the streets), so it is quite a dark atmosphere in the room. But only for a few days, I think it is ok.

The location is perfect especially when we were visiting the Vatican City in the early morning - only about 15mins walk.

The noise from upstairs is a bit loud in the evening but nothing too unbearable. The shower only has a tiny piece of glass blocking the water from splashing out so not super effective.
