The location is very close to trains station.

This place don't have visible sign from outside and it was little hard to locate it.

Room is clean but small not as it shows in the pic however it was clean and the manger and staff were very helpful

Location is great for seeing Tourist attractions.

It was difficult to find. Being that it is a Hotel within a much larger building. As we are from North America ; we were not familiar with this scenario.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didn’t stay very long, but had all the essentials. A/C worked well. Pretty quiet room. Handy being relatively close to Termini.

Great location. Easy walk from Termini train station with access to many of the top sites around Rome. The staff are super kind and accommodating.

Many thanks to Valentina who made our stay unforgettable ! She gave us useful instructions, recommended nice restaurants and helped a lot. The room was nice, clean and cosy. The hotel is very well situated, it’s ideal to do site seeing.

Good location: near Termini and very near all famous places. Comfortanle bed and pillow. Very helpful and kind personal. Cleaned every day. Good brecfast and good coffee.

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. This hotel is not big, everything corresponds to the description. Very comfortable soft beds, for whom it is important. Friendly staff, good breakfast, there is a choice, and you will not leave hungry. The windows of our room overlooked the yard, and it was very quiet. You can walk to the sights, or you can go by metro or bus. We bought tickets at the station "Republic Square" in the ticket machines. It is located very close to the hotel, and the bus stop is also nearby.

There is sometimes audibility in the hotel itself (for example, one of the guests leaves the hotel early in the morning), but this is a problem in many hotels, so just take earplugs just in case.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the Termini railway station and central attractions of Rome. Breakfast was good.

A bit complicated to find the location as it is sharing same building with other accommodation facilities.

The reception I met on my arrival was really friendly and helpful, told me a bit about Rome. The room has everything I need and it's clean. It's close to the station so easy to go and from the airport. It was a short stay but will come again next time.

The room was clean, and the entrance was easy. However, we cannot recommend the Iris room to anyone as there was a lot of noise. The sound seemed to come from the air conditioning and pipes. The soundproofing was poor.The staff was also quite noisy in the mornings, starting from 6:50 AM, and we basically didn't sleep at all. We tried to rest after breakfast, but it was impossible because of cleaning snd staff loud talking…

The room was cute. The location is excellent. It is in the middle of great resturants, cafe's, shops, and stores. It is close to many of the city's interesting sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, wholesum, and good.

Entering this hotel is what one might call quaint. You have to unlock a set of big doors that are on the sidewalk, then go down a corrodor, then up the stairs or the lift, and then you unlock another door to get into the hotel (with a code). Then you go to your room and open it with a physical key. They only give you one set of keys. My wife got locked out. I left the room door unlocked but she couldnt' get through the second door into the hotel itself. There is a buzzer that you can call for help, but it wasn't answered for a half hour.

the room was very big and spacious and the breakfast was simple and really good. On the overall it was all fine, but nothing much, because it was not cheap.
