The reception man who solved the problem eventually and immediately is really a life savior.

Nothing is clean at all, bed bugs, spiders on the phone, insects on the wall.

A superb accommodation, frequented by locals, in a quiet residential section of Rome, away from tourist dense areas. Hotel had a nice small town vibe. Staff of one was welcoming, very helpful, informative. My room had access to a private roof-top terrace - great city view, fresh air. The room was spacious, very good WIFI, had a kettle for coffee or tea. Bed, T&B were fine. I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was included. Because of its location, I had shorter ride from/to Fiumicino Airport.

staff in all departments were very wellcoming, eager to help,hotel is very clean, breakfast was good, plenty bars, cafes, restaurant, close tram/ bus only 30 meters away, porta portese market just 3 kilometers away.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Just one socket near the bed. Difficult to charge phones. Far from the center and a little bit difficult to reach the center because of bad means of transportation. The only bus which worked ok was 8.

the hotel was great, it was clean and cozy. the room was well equipped and the staff was very nice, especially a gentleman named Mario. he was very cordial and helpful.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. For breakfast you have everything you need: eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, coffee. Very kind service staff. Not far from central Rome. But my special thanks is to Mario. Mario is super professional and honest person. We felt really welcome from time we arrived. And I lost my bank card on the street and i was super lucky that Mario found it and brought it to me. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much Mario!Hotel Highly Recommend!

We where happy with everything.

Staff are really nice especially Mario in reception area even the lady from the restaurant! Felt like home.

Very accessible wherever I want to go around Rome and very closed to bus station to city centre.??????

Actually everything is good but the drainage inside shower room very slow to drained the water. every time I shower so I always need takes time until it drained.

We stayed there for 5 nights and we had an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and they were daily cleaned. The breakfast had a good variety of foods and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Mario in the reception made sure to help us with everything we needed. We will sure visit again!

Hotel was very clean ,great look,very close to the bus station. They provide additional pillows and the sheet was very clean. We were suprised what we get for the money we spend. Also breakfest was good with a lot of choises. Staff really pleasant. Good value for the price

Shower had a lower presure (hot water).Bus H or bus 8 were always crowded (we need to use that buses to get to the city center) and you can not bring your esspreso or cappucino from the reastaurant to the room to drink it. You can only drink it at the restaurant or lobby. But you have coffe and tea to make in your own room, so its not a big deal.

It was ok for short stay. Friendly staff by the reception and service during breakfast.

Breakfast missing on some vegetables. Location was good in terms of area but quite far from city centre and we had to wait quite a long time for buses.

evrything, clean, near transportation for that price, but far from center, u need transport, but really for the price it reallly worth it, in breakfast u got gluten free choices.

We stayed two times, Hotel was great, and breakfast was good, rooms were clean.

After three days, shampoo was finished and wasn't added, and towels weren't changed,The man staf for breakfast was grumpy but the woman staff was good.

The location was perfect for me. The Staff was polite and helpful.

No garage. staff wouldn't help me with luggage. No fridge in the room. Card key had to be left in slot in the room to keep the electricity and A/C on. Antiquated plumbing. Place was dingy

Great value for the price, with delicious breakfast. The room was clean with our own bathroom. We have enought outlets and place to pack out. We like that they have lagugge storage before check in and after check out. The staff was nice.

The beds was a little bit uncomfortable but nothing extrem.It is not hotel fault but the tramline is under construction, so with the replacement bus it taked longer time to reach the center.

Clean, comfortable, they were so kind every time, is a little far from the city center but closed to a bus station.
