Pros +
- Good location. Great staff responsiveness. Very friendly and helpful too. Has an outdoor balcony with a view of the inner courtyard. Good AC in the room.
Cons -
- The room needs a little TLC and updating. There is a pump that activates with the toilet use and there are some septic fumes in the bathroom as a result. The amount of money paid was not in proportion to the room and bath size. Noise from other tenants.
