Cleanliness, location and walk ability from Termini Station

Air conditioning was not working properly and our room was very warm all night.

how helpful the staff was for us. they were able arrange transportation to and from airport and to our cruise port. we didnt have to stress about finding a taxi!also 15 min walk to the colesium!

Staff was very helpful, gave directions, helped with transportation? Etc.

There was no lock or surveillance of luggage storage before check in

Thomas was amazing. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us sincerely throughout our stay. He did everything he could to help us and provided us with very useful information.The rooms are small, but they are perfectly fine if you only use them for sleeping at night and spend most of the day exploring the city.The rooms are fairly clean, the breakfast is good, and one of the biggest positive aspects of the hotel is its kind and welcoming staff.

Location to some of the sites and the older part of the city is excellent, in walking distance.The breakfast was nicely presented, the staff was very friendly and helpful.I prefer a smaller hotel over big and crowded. The hotel had "old world " charme even the views from the window and the rooftop.

The room should have a bit more storage space for a normal size suitcase. The luggage rack was a bit too small.

It’s clean even though it’s near busy street it’s tuck away where you’ll be able rest at night. The view if the rooftop is amazing nice way to enjoy sunset

Second time staying here and it’s even better than I remember. What we liked - Location. Breakfast. Shower. Rooftop bar. View. Staff. Services. Outstanding service. Clean rooms. Clean everything !

Bed was a little uncomfortable

Amazing staff - it was great having a 24 hour front desk and they helped us with everything including calling taxis. The breakfast there was probably the best food we had in all of Rome and they were so accommodating (they let us eat an hour before they opened to the public so we could make it to our scheduled tours)

It’s up a pretty steep hill. Made it difficult for us to come home after every day

The staff was very welcoming. The hotel serves a delicious breakfast with many options for all types of travelers. The rooms are a good size for 2 or 3 people. Location is in walking distance to the train station and great food. The rooftop has great views.

The beds are firmer than I’m use too.

The Hotel is extremely clean. The front desk staff was very helpful, they helped us coordinate excursions and car services while there

There's a rooftop bar serving drinks. The view of Rome's nighttime skyline from the terrace is unforgettable.

The staff were always helpful in helping us get or find what we wanted in Rome.

I would have like a refrigerator in the room, and a microwave in a common area to heat things up would have been nice.
