Pros +
- The lake view from room 206.
- Our room was beautiful and spacious! Great closet, multiple full length mirrors. Comfortable bed! The minifridge was super cold, too. Concierge was helpful with arrangements and general tourist info. Grocery across the street.
- the room was huge and amazing. super comfortable bed, awesome shower, really good location. wifi was very good. good gym, good bar. we loved this hotel!
Cons -
- Towels were threadbare and the toiletries were of minimal quality.
- No espresso machine in the room? Instant coffee in Italy should be a sin!! I also expected to have a few USB plug-ins. Breakfast was pricey, so we did not bother trying it. Double bed was two separate beds pushed together.
- In the room I was given initially, the bed was positioned in such a way that the cold air from the A/C unit flowed directly onto my head. It was difficult to sleep. The WiFi was among the worst I have ever seen. It kept disconnecting every 2-3 minutes.

Staff very friendly, helpful and professional.
Nice location close to Via Veneto and Borghese Park, nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Bed a bit firm but comfortable, quiet at night. Good service and housekeeping. Great value!

Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel location was excellent. Quiet street but 10 walk to the major sorted in city center.
The pool spa was fantastic
Everything. I will def return when I'm back in Roma.
Spaceous room, very clean and human size
Breakfast area too small
Very nice location. In front of US embassy. The safest place in Rome. Huge room, we had a nice balconnet, very clean. Nice and very helpful staff. We enjoyed!
Our room was large with a double bed and sofa bed, 2 windows with great views, a walk in wardrobe and the beds were very comfortable. Mine was the sofa bed & the mattress was so good. If you can let me know the make, I would defiantly buy one
We have nothing to add which we didn't like.
I loved the room which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything needed. The hotel is very well located and the room was very quiet.
I have only one feedback about the restaurant and bar service: it would be nice if outside of lunch or breakfast hours we could still order some small plates/snacks
Room was super cute with a separate space for bags Location and breakfast was good
Could have more facilities like Sauna
Well located and clean comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly although service can be somewhat slow. We had our End of Year dinner there at the cost of EUR 160 per person (without drinks) but unfortunately it was a huge mistake!!! Service was extremely slow….4 hours for a 4 course meal, plus there was no music or any form of entertainment for an EoY dinner. Food was average too
Room size, location and staff
Nothing all is fine.
The breakfast was sufficient The ladies responsible were very friendly and professional
Needed bottles of drinking water daily not just the first night Pillows can be better Other than that it was very nice
What a surprising delight and an extraordinary find. Situated in Emassy Row so you know security is top notch in the area. The hotel was surrounded by many 5 star hotels and Rose Palace was THE gem in the middle. It's on par with a 5 star for sure. The lobby is warm and inviting. The spa w/ Sauna and pool was glorious and exceptionally relaxing on our first night coming from the States. The room exquisite and the beds so comfy and the breakfast was amazing with staff that was always eager to accommodate. The decor is elegant and timeless. The rooms were clean, polished and comfortable. I felt like royalty staying there. The staff was so kind, helpful and always smiling. They made the experience by far the best I've had in a very long time. It's not often one finds a beautiful hotel that exceeds your expectations. This one did. I will always stay at an Omnia Hotel when I can moving forward. The only change I would make is to have more comfortable pillows. They are too hard and big. (King size) but a small infraction of a pretty much perfect hotel.
The pillows
Very large room, high sleep quality, very nice breakfast area, excellent location
More choices for breakfast such as hummus, avocado
Clean and walking distance to a lot of places
My only complaint was that we had grabbed breakfast at buffet, took a walk to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. When we got back about an hour or two later, we were not allowed to access buffet again without paying for it again.
