Hotel Ripa Roma

Su ubicaci�n, moderno, r�pido acceso, amplio de acuerdo al nivel, muy limpio.

Algo que no me gusto fue el colch�n de la cama, era demasiado suave o estaba vencido pero lo cambiaron, y tambi�n la ba�era, es muy alta para estar entrando y saliendo cuando se ba�an.

The room had no outlets and the room was dated and felt dirty.

The staff were awesome! Super attentive, always helpful. They even remembered your room number each time you had to pick up your key! Great location. We will certainly stay there again.

No, it was perfect

Clean place.

Yes. Finding a trashcan by elevators or by the lobby. It was only one outside the door. Having a gift shop on lobby. And also not having coffee at the lobby.

The location of the hotel was great, the check in time is relatively early and check out is 12 which was excellent

the room had some cracks in the walls, a super slippery exit from bathroom that was also sloped, my neighbor smoked ll like a chimney so I couldn¿t open balcony. There was one outlet and it was wobbly on the wall.

It was located close to the main street in Trastevere and was easy to access public transportation. They offered free continental breakfast every morning which had a variety of options. The staff at this hotel were all very friendly.

This hotel was much older and dirtier than it appeared in pictures. It was not what we expected for a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning didn't work properly so the room was very warm and humid and the pillow offerings were lacking.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast bar was amazing.

The wall and floors between the rooms are paper thin. We heard coughing through the night, and talking all times of day.

Location

It was bizarre - giant teddy bears, Mickey Mouse, etc. Our room smelled like cigarettes, the walls, curtains, and carpet were stained. It was gross.

Hotel had a great location, very good breakfast. Room was clean, good internet.

Strange style of hotel, did not liked decoration.

Morning breakfast was very convenient. Rooms had a lot of space. Close to public transport to go visit main attractions.

Wifi connection very strong at the lobby but signal was low/non existent the room. Reception didn¿t do nothing about it. Had to stay close to the door to have connection. Walls are very thin so you could hear outside the rooms.

The hotel is really bad. Find somewhere else.

The pictures are fake, this hotel should not be given a four star rating, the rooms are really dirty, and the staff is unfriendly. The experience I have ever had at a four star hotel.

The location was excellent. Close to some restaurants, right by the tram line to get you into the city centre and just a nice little neighborhood.

The shower was not great. The first few times we tried it we ended up getting water absolutely everywhere. We also didn¿t love that you needed to give the key back to reception every time you left. It just seemed like a hassle for the front staff.

Staff was friendly and position is OK.

The room needs to be repainted and furniture needs to be replaced. It looked like in the pictures, but the pictures were taken when everything was brand new, while now they are pretty worned out.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a lot of character in the decor. The complimentary breakfast each morning was amazing and so delicious. I would definitely stay there again!

It was a very modern hotel and the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. We also loved the location of the hotel but that had more to do with the area it was in then anything else.

The hotel room didnt have a closet, the safe was on the floor and too small to fit anything valuable, toilet and sink leaked entire time we were there and was never fixed. This is not a four-star hotel room although I do think its a four-star comp

The breakfast buffet

- Thie room needed obvious repairs: furniture, wall, carpet. - The mattresses were very uncomfortable (worst ever in a hotel in my experience) - noisey. We heard our neighbours and the sound was very loud from the hallway.

Loved how spacious the room was with a living room area plus bedroom. Great location within 2km walking distance of the sights, or just around the corner from a tram stop. I wish we had discovered it earlier but the included breakfast is phenomenal!!

Hallways and interior was a little older than I expected. Got several mosquito bites while in Rome but that was probably at dusk outside of the hotel. Took a little bit to realize that the second key was to enable the electricity in the room, haha.

The design

I dont like almost enything, I hve an extra charge of 25 eurosfor anather tax even I país a lot of tax in the reservación. We ask for two umbrellas an they only give one pero room. Realy bad... The courtins are dirty, the floor was old and bad.

WiFi was pathetic. Slow, worked intermittently, only one device at a time could utilize WiFi connection, and staff was not helpful. WiFi was only free for first 500 mb. Free breakfast was expansive, but of poor quality. Hotel should be 3 star at best.
