Room cleanlinesss

The location of hotel was central to reaching all key locations...the breakfast was superb...rooms were small but clean n comfortable...the staff especially reception staff Ms. April was excellent

Room size & slightly old

Hood location, friendly staff, great service (free luggage storage,…) nice breakfast location on top floor

Outstanding accommodation in centre of Rome for reasonable pricing. The front-desk staff and other personnel always friendly and very helpful.

Nothing to mention.

The rooms are clean and beautiful breakfast is good and it is a very good location.

Nothing .

Breakfast spread, location were very good. You will need to take a bus roma terminal and walk abit but the location is near to alot of the spots. i like quieter hotel spots and this is one of them. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!

The lighting of the room was very dark and dim. You definitely cannot do anything under this lighting and have to use the toilet lights. The toilet has a drainage stench which is you are not in the room, and ventilation isnt on, there might be some stench but it does goes away after awhile.

Orazio Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

There was nothing we didn't like - everything was absolutely great.

The staff is very nice, mainly Julia who is amazing she does her best to make your stay very comfortable, she is very professional and very customer oriented

The rooms are not sound proof

Great location, views of the city brilliant, staff friendly, room cleaned every day.

All good slightly hard pillows and mattress but that’s personal preference.

Fantastic hotel. Large modern and quiet rooms, wonderful staff who very great to deal with. Breakfast offered a great variety and was provided an excellent start to the day. Well located and easy to get to anywhere in central Rome. Many good restaurants in neighbourhood, plenty of local shopping and very safe at all times. A great stay in a great hotel.

The breakfast was delicious. There was a wide selection of Italian and international dishes.Very nice and friendly service at reception. They were happy to help with everything. The restaurant on the top floor and the open-air rooftop terrace are wonderful and full of charm.

Very elegant hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Stunning views of St. Peter’s Basilica and Castel Sant’ Angelo from the roof top bar. Breakfast was delicious. All the popular tourist sites are within a 15-30 minute walk of the hotel. Highly Recommended!

The cleanliness and location.

Bigger rooms.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in Prati neighborhood of Rome. Lovely rooms that looked just like the photos online which never happens.

Nothing it was perfect.

Very friendly helpful staffGreat locationWould recommend and would return Very grateful for complimentary upgrade also

It was in the heart of the Prati area, full of shops and restaurants. Close to buses and transportation.

Nothing. Everything was great!

staff were absolutely fabulous.

initially booked through Booking.com and I made a mistake and did not book with the option to cancel and after just five minutes of booking, they would not let me make a change. That I did not like or appreciate, but the staff were so great and I know they were just following the rules of somebody else, but it was very disheartening
