- I like the fact that it included breakfast
- We were very thankful for the air conditioning and how cold it could go compared to our experience on the rest of our trip. We enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms, and the pool. The front desk staff was very welcoming, informative, and accommodating.
- The complimentary breakfast is decent. Option to store luggage without checking-in or after checking-out.

- Cleanliness and maintenance not good. The bathroom had mildew all over. Bathroom lights were flickering. 2 of 4 days were told we had to go to the group breakfast despite not being part of a group. No shuttle to anywhere. Price too high for what received

- Location is far from center of Rome. We spent hunderds of Euros on taxi. Being a 4-star hotel, it doesn't offer shuttle service to airport, cruise terminal or key attraction sites. Staffs are cold and not as friendly as i expected.

can not walk to bus the sidewalk is 18 inches wide and all uphill not designed for single family
