Everything. The staff was super helpful. The room was spacious by European standards and clean. It was in a prime location for sightseeing of ruins and museums. Great breakfast included.

Walking distance to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill, short taxi ride to other attractions and train station. Excellent rooftop restaurant. Local feel, not like a sterile five star hotel. Friendly English speaking staff. Allowed early check in and served coffee and pastries free until room was available. Highly recommend and would return if traveling to Rome.

Every thing was very nice. Room, staff, breakfast, location.The staff recommendations for dinner were very good (other than first night - see my comments below)We had a great time.

The only drawback was actually the dinner restaurant they have on upper level. We used it on first of 6 nights, as we did not want to leave the hotel. All dishes were very cold. But, it did not really spoil our stay.

Room temperature was too hot. We went down to reception after the first night to report this and have the team look into it. All we got was a fan that didn’t work and the room temperature never got lower than 26 degrees.

Great location, super close to Roman Forum and Colosseum. Reception staff were excellent and helped organise private tours. Breakfast was lovely. Room size was larger than a lot of hotels and bed was super comfy!

The location was incredible. The view from the room and roof terrace were exceptional. The staff were brilliant and the room was luxurious and clean. We had a fantastic fresh and delicious breakfast. The late check out of 12 noon is a great touch and the hidden gems of the Turkish bath, gym and billiards kept us busy. It should be a 5 star hotel in my opinion. We will be back!

Nicely located in the center of town yet not to crazy crowded around the hotel. Only 10 - 15 minute walk from the Colosseum and about 20 minutes from Trevi and Spanish Steps. Very polite staff.

I guess the only thing I could change is having a room on a higher floor but that is kind of luck of the draw.

Incredible location. Free cycle hire with quality well maintained bikes. Professional helpful staff throughout.

The nibble with any drinks order was a nice touch and made good value if you needed it, otherwise the drinks prices were a little out of line with the area. 15 euros for a posh tin of beer seemed steep. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit tired.

Delious breakfast every morning. Staff was great and very accommodating. The honey comb syrup for the pancakes is a very nice touch and very healthy.

For the price it was fine.

Service a little slow in the rooftop bar…but this is a thing all over Italy so it is what it is!

Very clean, good location , friendly front desk staff & bellhops.

All was well would have enjoyed staying on a higher floor to enjoyed the view. In addition room was located next to the main linen closet room which was very busy & slightly noisy.
