- It had a microwave and a mini fridge, which I wasn't expecting
- Location. Refrigerator. Air conditioning
- Very clean and comfortable.
Cons -
- I had made the reservation 2 months in advance and close to when I was going to go there I was asked to cancel as the reservation was taken by mistake by them. I told them I wouldn't cancel as I had already planned that ahead of time. They finally resolved it within 24 hours
- Very small room. Little or no staff contact. Wi-fi did not work for the whole stay.
- Too much noise outside with the window open at nite

Very clean and comfortable.
Too much noise outside with the window open at nite
Staff wasn’t even there when we arrived for check in. We waited for them to arrive. Afterwards they wouldn’t check us in because I did not have a Passport for my 8 year old son and they wouldn’t accept a digital copy. They couldn’t help with starting the refund process and told me it’s nonrefundable even if they can’t offer me a room. Altogether they barely spoke English, the building was decrepit and falling apart, in a part of Rome that looks more like Pakistan. A disgusting experience to say the least- in 20 years of coming to Rome I’ve never been subjected to this. I’ll be leaving reviews on every site I can to help spare people from going to this shithole.
As above
Near at the Roma Termini train station. Good wifi connection. Friendly staff.
Noisy outside. Lift can accomodate just only 2 person. The room was on the 4th floor.
Excellent place for a short city-break. Trimini train station and Santa Maria Maggiore church within 3min.walk, 20min on foot to Colosseum and di Trevi. The area is full of charming pizzerias and cafés. The supermarket is just downstairs. The rooms are clean but not so vell equipped and rather of low quality but we new about it.
Old furniture
The location was very comfortable it was about 40’ away by foot from the historic center.
At the last moment we changed hotel, we stayed at a hotel across the street because as we were told there was an issue with the water. I would prefer to be informed about that. I had already read the reviews about the hotel and i wasn’t expecting something wow the only thing that matters it’s the cleanliness. Unfortunately it wasn’t that clean. The shower for example had dust and hair at a corner.
Great location, great starting point to any spot in Rome. Two minutes from Termini station, supermarket is in front of the building, bars, restorants, pharmacy..
It wasnt very clean, its a bit out of date..and there is a lot of noise coming from the outside and inside..
Our stay at Hotel Gabriele was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we were placed in an entirely different building. After two nights and lots of complaints, we were finally moved back to Hotel Gabrielli. However, this left our family with a negative impression, as the conditions in the initial accommodation were significantly worse. The whole experience of being relocated was inconvenient and unpleasant. Cleanliness in both places left much to be desired, and the overall maintenance of the rooms was poor. Minor improvements could have made a big difference, such as replacing broken soap holders or faucet handles (which likely cost only a couple of euros).Unfortunately, everything felt outdated and worn. The lack of investment in basic upkeep was evident and disappointing. Unfortunately, we expected more from a hotel like this and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
One of the few positive aspects of our stay was the hotel's location. It is conveniently close to the central train station, the city centre, and numerous restaurants and cafes, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
Brilliant staff, speak perfect English, very positive and kind.our room was good, Clean bedding, clean towels, plenty of soap and shampoo, shower worked fine,we had microwave and fridge inside. Perfect location, less than one minute walk from termini bus stop to Terra vision buses to airport. Hassle free check out.all brilliant.thank you
Location is amazing. Very close to the main train and bus station.
the furniture of the room was very old, broken.
next to termini
it’s very noisy at the street, although we closed the window sometimes we can’t sleep.
The room was good sized
My bed was a bit broken, they changed our rooms after the first night without informing us that we needed to, staff was argumentative (it was our first time in Rome and we didn’t know about the tourists tax. When we asked about it they would yell at us rather than explain. We never refused to pay but they were rude)
Price. Location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great location, in the center, nesr everything. Good price/value ratio. Helpful staff.
Small apartment, on the 4th floor, still a bit pricey.
For the price we paid we got what we expected. However we were not in Gabriele we were moved to another rooms Fanti rooms due to general problem with toilets in Gabriele. The personal was really nice and helpful trying to solve all the issues
WFi going on and off and it could be cleaner
Everythings good, highly recommended.it is very near to public transportation and easy to find.
No blanket and it is a little bit cold. And there's no iron for clothes even I saw it in page.
Hotel located in close proximity from tourist attractions. Good connection to all important places that we wanted to visit. Very nice service. Room clean, comfortable, equipped with basic accessories: towels, soap, shampoo, kettle, microwave.
On arrival we were moved to a totally different hotel round the corner.
The air conditioning broke down which in over 30 degrees heat wasn't great.
So near central terminal of train
Safe Box and mini fridge not working!
